I ordered from door dash, the food was alright but I can definitely tell the people who were working that night didn’t even try to coat the boneless chicken I got. I asked for atomic, hot honey rub, garlic Parmesan, and plain. For the atomic they just dumped the sauce and some got on the other flavor as well. It also stunk a little bit too for some reason. For the garlic Parmesan, they just dumped that too, there were just clumps of it in the chicken. And for the fries I asked for Cajun fries and they barely put any seasoning on them. I was honestly pretty upset with the performance, but it’s not too big of a deal bc I’m not that picky, but I hope the next time I ever eat from this place, they will at least put a little bit of effort into it.

Ordered two of the 3 piece chicken strip combo meals. One was Korean BBQ, and the other was Garlic Parmesan. Both tasted great, as did the fries. Not pictured, we also had 2 free style drinks. Great service and food!

We ordered a pick up. I walked in and it was really crowded. I didn’t see any sign or anything about having to wait to grab my bag because all other pick up places I’ve been to you just go in and grab it. I went to go find our bag and all the workers started yelling at me telling me I couldn’t grab my bag. I didn’t even know that was protocol there and felt like there was no need to be so rude to me. It was a simple misunderstanding. I will not be coming back to this location and am not impressed how they treated me at all. Another customer walked in and did the same thing as me right after and they screamed at him too. It just felt really unnecessary. They also didn’t have our order ready and we ordered the day prior.

We order 3 plates of BONELESS wings to-go. We picked up our food in a timely manner and it was warm. HOWEVER, TWO of the wings ordered were boned wings !! And I HATE boned wings. Extremely unpleasant surprise to have my wings to not be boneless. Never gonna buy from here again if this is gonna happen.

1/26/2026 evening shift. The girls working up front don’t care about order accuracy at all. Even when asked to correct, they didn’t. Very passive behavior. Ended up leaving with inaccurate order. Unacceptable. Especially the short female with short hair.
