Good food, but I can’t say so much for the service.
On my most recent visit into KFC, like many other visits, was a not so hot one. In the past, I took the service as maybe being a bad day, but once you go in numerous times to the same location with yet again the same service, you realize something is off.
1 car in the drive-thru, no one in the dining room, but took quite a bit of time just to be greeted. If anything, the worker could have said, “Welcome to KFC, I will be right with you”…nothing. She finally called another worker up after 6-7 minutes to take my order.
The dining room is clean, very trendy looking with an amazing KFC bucket light fixture. Cool art on the walls.
Food is always tasty. I love KFC food!
Overall, they just need to do something about the service. Lessons on being polite, friendliness. People may start wanting to come in just because of a pleasant experience.

I had called for a 30 piece chicken order. It was a last minute order due to 1st one never came. I called and they told me to give 35 minutes. I arrived and they were panning it up. The staff was wonderful and so professional. The chicken was hot and ex crispy. The price was a good price and honestly expected it to be more. I would return any day and time to place an order. I just wish I had caught their names. A female up front and guy in the back. You both ROCK….

I ordered BBQ chicken wings as it’s listed in the App yet I was told they don’t do BBQ chicken wings. The staff told me the BBQ wings were in the box I opened the box right in front of them and there was none. That’s when I was told they don’t offer it only spicy chicken wings. That was a bomber I eat what I feel for not what I am given. Hence the rating poor service.

20241012 Bojangles is still our favorite. The chicken thighs and leg are pretty big compared to the Cornish hen size at Popeyes back home. I got corn and Mac and cheese, and somehow ended up with corn and mashed potato. The sides are ok… Bojangles has much tastier sides. My dog didn’t eat the chicken tonight, but she probably will in the middle of the night. The young lady at the drive-thru was really friendly. The drive-thru area is creepy… a very dark, narrow alley with concrete wall that I needed to be careful not to scratch my car.

The food was typical perfect Colonel’s chicken. That was prepared just way you’d expect it to be.
The interior furniture and dining room furniture is very run down. Red duct tape easily accounts easily for 25% of the upholstery. The interior is clean just VERY much worn out & tired. The restrooms were well maintained and clean. The staff was professionally courteous.

It took atleast 20 minutes for our orders to be taken, and it took almost 50 minutes to get our food (just two sandwich combos). The sandwich’s were also cold.

KFC will be gone as a whole in a few years with the customer service and opposite-the-competition policies. As a diabetic, being switched to pepsi zero was bad enough. Now they are out of Diet completely and when I requested to cancel the order was told they dont issue refunds. Told rudely to contact customer support who also can’t process refunds. Theft by deception at this point. Avoid at all cost. Maybe instead of trying to bate us with $3.99 chicken sandwiches and bringing back potato wedges you could just have products in stock and provide customer service.

Ate here 2x times. Biscuits raw, chicken burnt, soda tasted terrible and no diet. $30 in food we pitched. Drive thru smelt like string garbage. Never again.
