Place is inconsistent at best. When the nice female manager is there, service is too notch. When the F Squad is there, this is what you get. Leaked through the bag onto my car seat leaving a greasy stain. They seriously need to change to plastic bags and different containers the wings actually fit in. The 400 lbs 4 foot 11 female just looked at me weird, handed me the bag without a word and back to speaking Spanish with the fryer operators. Probably won’t be back until they make some changes.

Placed a simple order that was simply messed up, regular fries with light seasoning NOT hard and old fries with barely any seasoning. Tenders were too hard to chew, ended up throwing away the meal.
To top off my experience, I received poor customer service, cool.
I don’t recommend this location at all.

Worst experience Iv ever had with a wings place. We ordered fries, corn, and 20 piece wings with garlic parm, mild, hot and Cajun and the fries were wayyy over salted and not even edible, the hot wings were soaked in oil and soggy, and my garlic parm wings had pretty much the entire bottle of parm on them and I couldn’t clean enough of them off to be able to eat them. Wasted my money for inedible food! The first picture is of what’s supposed to be my garlic parm wings and the second is the oil that 5 wings were soaking in. Will never be going back atleast to this location. The manager needs to do some serious work with the employees as I’m obviously not the first person to have issues with this location.

I picked up food from here yesterday afternoon. The staff was friendly and the food was great. One staff member threw in extra ranch for me because I waited a few minutes. Excellent food and customer service and I’m glad they fixed their fries! They used to be soggy 100% of the time, now they are crispy perfection! This location deserves more love for how much they have improved since they opened!

Went in for Thursday night game day wings. Extremely packed the man upfront was decently nice. I recommend ordering online its about the same price and they put out delivery orders in a hurry, thats what the long wait was the orders online are priority

First time ever at a wingstop they gave us a time of 15-20 minutes, that worked out about right the wings were a great size, they were moist and completely cooked. I have to say I didn’t expect them to take flight when I opened the box though. Out of a ten piece 7of them were sporting a few feathers and 1 was attempting to fly south for the winter. I would say some extra care needs to be taken before wing stop becomes wings away.

I’ve noticed a big change at the Cheyenne Wingstop after it has changed management. I know this because I had a small complication with service and my order not going through (DUE TO MY OWN PHONE NOT THE APP) and the manager talked to me and made my meal fast enough for me to get back from my lunch break on time. I believe that everyone and every place deserves a second chance so give Wingstop one!!!
