I am writing this as a regular customer who has usually had positive experiences, which is why today’s interaction was frustrating and disappointing.

Last week, I called and spoke with a very kind and helpful employee who informed me about a party style deal that included 24 wings, a large fry, and two drinks. She explained that not many customers know about this deal and specifically told me to ask for it by name when ordering. At no point did she mention that the deal was temporary or ending.

Today, Saturday, January 3rd, at approximately 6:03 p.m., I called to place the same order. The employee I spoke with immediately recognized the deal by name and confirmed that she knew exactly what I was referring to. After a brief pause, she then stated that the deal was no longer available. This was confusing, especially since she had just acknowledged it moments earlier.

The deal was described to me as a party or game style deal, which makes this even harder to understand. Football season is not over yet, and today being a Saturday would normally be a peak time for game day or party orders. Because of this, it did not make sense that this deal would suddenly no longer exist.

Instead, I was offered a 16 wing deal that was not comparable in value or quantity. What made the experience worse was the tone of the conversation. There was little explanation, no effort to clarify the inconsistency, and no attempt to offer an accommodation or a comparable alternative.

I completely understand that promotions can change, but clear communication and respectful customer service make a big difference. The contrast between the friendly and helpful employee I spoke with last week and the dismissive interaction today was very noticeable.

I am a loyal customer and I enjoy Wingstop, but experiences like this make me think twice about returning to this location. I hope management can review this interaction, verify the details if needed, and ensure more consistent communication and customer service moving forward.

9/19/25 – Placed an order for delivery but received the wrong order. We contacted the store to ask them to refund the meal since we received the incorrect order and we were not able to pick up hence why we placed it for delivery. We were placed on hold for 15 minutes and could hear that the employees were speaking. We hung up and called again asking for a manager. We were told “one moment”, placed on hold again for 10 minutes. Same employee gets back on the phone to only keep repeating that our order was there. We again asked for it to be refunded and she said again that our food was at the restaurant. We explained again that we could not pick up and just needed the meal to be refunded. We again asked for the manager. She tells us “oh the manager is busy right now, can you call back in 1 hour or 20 minutes?”. WHAT?!?! We hung up and called headquarters.

Person who helped, Reuben, was very attentive, friendly, and fast. Food came out hot and fresh and flavors were awesome. Glad to see they hiring hard working people like him.

First of all, yall need to put a wall between the customer and the back because it looked disgustinggggg in that store.2nd, I placed an online order they said it would be ready in X amount of time I even showed up late to the eta tTHEY gave me and still had to wait 8 minutes after. 3rd of all why is every wingstop sayce different bc why were my buffalo wings literally so pale. 0 sauce on my wings and they werent even orange at all. My store in texas used to have sayce drippinggg from the box. Never coming again 10/10 DONT recommend

Lots of tvs. Great service at a great price. Food is delicious, employees are kind courteous and respectful. Parking is easy access. Takeout is fast paced. The people working here are good at their job and quick to please.

I wouldn’t even put any stars if that’s a option. I got so sick last night after we took my son here for his bday. It was so gross and they are so rude NEVER had to pay for a little more sauce cause it didn’t have none. I don’t recommend going to this place unless you want to get sick from them not cooking the food right NOT WORTH THE CASH.

The order taker was easily confused by my order and I had to repeat it several times to get him to understand. Also, their drink machine was out of all drinks and sodas, except for sugar free, which contains chemicals I cannot and don’t want to consume. I informed the order taker about the lack of drinks and he said they might get to it, they seemed confused on how or whether they even knew how to replace empty drink selections. This is completely unacceptable! Someone should be trained and keeping an eye on the drink machine so this does not happen!

I was raving about the parmesan fries all day just to be disappointed. I received undercooked fries with absolutely zero seasoning. Not even the seasoning that comes on it. I also ordered hot honey wings and it just did not taste remotely the same to the ones I’ve had before. Once I realized this I was going to try to go back but it would already be closed by the time I got there.

Update: found a little hair on one of the wings.
