Outstanding Service!
I had an awesome experience at Wingstop! The staff were super friendly, professional, and quick with service. My order came out hot, fresh, and just the way I wanted it. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of the best Wingstop locations I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back for sure!

Came in tonight for dinner with the family. The service was absolutely outstanding, we dined in. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but the food is delicious. I asked for extra crispy wings and they delivered. I highly recommend this location on a week night, such great customer service. I will be back! The best wing stop I’ve ever been too.

I placed an order online, and immediately called the store within 10 seconds of placing it, because I wanted to push back the pickup time by 30 minutes. The guy that answered the phone said “nah, we already dropped them but we can hold on to them for you” as if 1.) They got the order and started cooking that quickly and 2.) They don’t have any other orders those wings could be used for? I’ll find a new place to order wings from if that’s the type of service given

They screwed up my entire order. I wish it had been switched because then there would be an excuse, but all of the tickets very clearly our correct orders on them. Reading through the reviews it looks like this is a common issue here. Wish I had read that before ordering.

I have visited 3 times Wingstop now. I like the way their food tastes. Notice I said “like” and not “love”. Their food is good but not fantastic. I like their sauce flavors. Prices are average. Let me tell you the good and the bad.
Good: Good range of sauces from spicy to mild heat level. Food tastes good and always fresh. Dine in area is very clean. Prices are at par with similar chains. They offer thighs with their sauces which I like sometimes over the wings.
Bad: This particular store takes lot of time to prepare your food. Not sure about the other locations though. Around 40-45 mins to get your food. They add a lot of oil in the wings and things. Be careful to eat here regularly.

On August 10th at around 6:00 PM, my husband, an Uber Eats driver, came to this location to pick up a customer’s order. The staff handed him an empty cup and told him to fill the drink himself. My husband refused. The two male employees said it was “not their job,” took the bag back, and told him to cancel the order.
Drivers are not supposed to prepare food or drinks – it is the restaurant’s responsibility to fully complete the order. On top of that, expecting someone to handle drinks with dirty hands, without gloves or a hairnet, is completely unacceptable.
The behavior of the staff was awful – they mocked my husband and spoke to him in a rude manner. I request that management address this issue, as this kind of conduct is not acceptable.
I do not recommend ordering from this particular location, as your drink might be prepared by a delivery driver with unwashed hands. This has never happened at other locations of this chain.

Ordered the new thighs with lemon pepper seasoning. After arriving home, there was no seasoning on them. I understand these things happen, so we called in to see what can be done. The manager tells the employee to tell us that we’d have to bring these wings back in for them to add the seasoning to them, and we couldn’t drive back later (it was snowing and we live 15 minutes away) since the manager wouldn’t be in later we’d have to come back right when we just arrived home. Having been in the food industry for years, I’ve never ever been told to bring in old food to be corrected and at their convenience. Poor managerial customer service and inappropriate to request customers to just throw seasoning on cold food and consider it fixed.

I tried the orange Szechuan chicken thigh bites and they were delicious! I’m not sure the bites were actually chicken thighs though… they felt like regular boneless wings. We ordered lemon pepper thighs which were maybe a tad over seasoned so they were super salty.
