I’m a big fan of Wing Stop and was so excited that Plainview got one. Well this evening I finally got to try it out and had it delivered to me. The restaurant took forever (not the driver he was great) and when I finally got it as soon as I opened the first box I was immediately mad. Boneless wings for my 72 year old father were so hard they were not edible. Not only that the sauce was barely drizzled on the chicken. Mine wasn’t as dry but they were still pretty dry, I’ve had better at different locations. They close at midnight and I ordered at 7:45 pm so they can’t blame it on “we were about to close.” Just crazy a brand new business and yall playing with people’s money.

Although the front desk cashier really couldn’t explain anything about the menu,the food just happened to be great. I would suggest having an adult on supervision because it was like a full on frat party in the kitchen around noon. Not the appropriate time in my opinion but it’s not my business to run, however I can pick and choose if I want to visit this location during that time. I got the Bone In 15-piece Hot wings.

The bone in wings have always been good. I’ve tried every flavor they offer so far. The fries are a hit or miss sometimes they are nice and crispy and other time floppy and soft. The chicken tenders we got were very overcooked and to crunchy to eat. I will say stick to the wings.

I ordered 2 wing combos with a large fry and one with buffalo fries. The order was set for delivery and upon delivery of my order there were no large fries. So when I called the store I was advised that “oh we ran out do you want to come and get some now that we have more?” So not only did they not get my order right they just expected me to be okay with the fact that they charged me $50 and they didn’t even have the whole order in my bag. What’s the point of paying a delivery fee if I have to go pick up the fries that were left out myself. If you run out of something that somebody orders you don’t just not put it in their bag and not say anything they could have called and advise that they didn’t have any more fries and ask for a substitute. then when I actually got to the store I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my fries. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with getting my order wrong this was just the last straw for me.

Wow this location needs some serious management. For it being so new here in Plainview very disappointing. I ordered online thinking it would be freshly made and it was cold . Out of 20 wings the only 5 that were hot were the garlic flavored . Im guessing they didn’t have none pre-cooked. The fries were so cold we reheated them in our air fryer. There not known for dinner in but if there is a next time we will definitely be dining in .

It would have been a 5 star review, except I had to go next door to United supermarkets and buy a candy bar just to get change for a $20 so I could go back to wingstop and buy my food. Didn’t think paying a business with cash would be so difficult. Don’t ever go in with cash, they will turn you away. Especially a bill as small as a 20 they can’t accommodate.

Ordered through DoorDash we did not get our full order, we were missing our Cajun corn and a side of fries! We did get a refund for the corn through DoorDash however we could not get a refund for the fries. Just an FYI if you decide to order through DoorDash!! Just to specify it wasn’t the DoorDasher’s fault, our bag of food was sealed when we got our order, this was a Wingstop issue.
