Everything was absolutely amazing! The service, atmosphere, and the food were incredible. Lots of space, televisions, and it’s a kid friendly place which we loved! The pretzel bites were our favorite(best we’ve ever had), the spinach dip was super creamy and delicious, and the boneless wings had great flavor. I highly recommend this place and our service was great!!

Food was great. Service was great. Atmosphere is comfortable. I love a good dive bar, but I also like my wine at a restaurant. This place is a good mix of both. The waitresses were amazing and working together, even fixed the wobbly table without us saying a thing, which was simply kind, and she truly didn’t have to considering they were busy. Hidden gem 100%.

Fries and cheese curds were great! BLT sandwich was ok. Broccoli cheddar soup was not so great. Seems like it was missing something. Our server was very pleasant, and attentive. I’m rooting for this place as it’s close to home.

Are you kidding me!!! FINALLY it appears THE CHANGE OF TIMES has made a difference. Friday night the house was packed and the service was actually excellent. Both wraps were really good. THANKS for hopefully turning the corner and giving us another Westerville option for a night out;) Always great to see the Megan behind the bar.

Recently had a party at Time and Change to celebrate something special. Sam, Chris and their awesome staff accommodated us beautifully. I wasn’t able to be exact with the number of people we were going to have, and they handled it very graciously! We all had a blast watching the OSU game and hanging out. The food was delicious and they made sure our cups were full. I highly recommend the Classic Burger and the Wings (my favorite flavor is the smoky garlic dry rub). Thank you, Time and Change for helping us celebrate and taking such good care of us!

So I guess this place is called Hoover now? Nonetheless, it was SUPERB! It was busy as heck but the bartender, Preston was non-stop. He was always polite and aware of everything. He needs a raise! And when i say it was busy, I mean it was very,very, very busy. All the employees were polite, friendly, and engaged. The food was great, and the customers were happy. In the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, “Ill be back”

Our food was pretty good. Took forever to get a waiter, order and get food. They seem to be understaffed for waiters and cooks. I would think they would be doing everything they can after all the time and effort put into the rebrand.

Stopped in on the way to the airport with a few work colleagues since we had some extra time, and I’m glad we did! I have extreme reactions to gluten and was perfectly fine with their Greek salad and gluten-free pizza; both were excellent. Sam was our server and did a fantastic job taking care of us. We even won a little money on the pull tabs! Great price on drinks too.
