Tonight’s experience with DoorDash and Wingstop was completely unacceptable and beyond frustrating. My original order was not just mishandled it was thrown on my porch by the first Dasher. I reported it immediately, and DoorDash reordered the food for us, which I appreciated.
However, things went from bad to worse. Twenty minutes later, Wingstop cancelled the second order. When I called to find out what was going on, the manager put me on mute mid-conversation, so I hung up and called back. The employee who answered laughed when I asked about my food. They claimed the second Dasher stole our food, so they “had to cancel the order.”
I remained calm and patient through all of this, but when the Wingstop manager acted like he didn’t care, I got understandably upset. Only then after wasting over an hour of my time and essentially seem annoyed so when I got hot headed did he suddenly try to “fix” the issue.
This is by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant and delivery service. I’m not someone who complains, but this was handled horribly from start to finish. Between the thrown food, the stolen re-order, the unhelpful staff at Wingstop, and the lack of real resolution, this entire situation was pathetic.

I’m not sure if the lady up front with the red lipstick is new, but I have to say she has excellent customer service. She’s very patient, friendly, and made the experience pleasant. I really appreciate the way she handled everything. Honestly, she deserves a raise — it’s rare to come across cashiers who provide that level of kindness and patience. Definitely made my day thank you for simply being kind!!

Went awhile back, but nevern Have gone back since and was treated very badly. Never got my food had paid for a sandwich. Combo was waiting for over an hour and at the end wanted a refund and was denied a refund treated so bad that I still think about it to this day. Also, the manager was a woman. A white lady who had no sympathy, no remorse for me not getting my meal at the end didn’t want to give me a refund even though was waiting over an hour and told me that card was to take 3 days even though I paid cash. And even threatened to call the police on me, because I was waiting for her to give me my money back and she was just on Her phone telling me that she could not because she was frying chicken with gloves on and on her phone. Was going in to McDonald’s for a shift?When I stopped by to grab a bite to eat. I should have recorded it and took pictures to make sure that it was proof of what had happened.. I felt so humiliated, and Embarrassed

Slow service, inexperienced staff and just overall disinterest in doing their job. While I understand that Super Bowl is a busy time, having majority of your staff standing around while orders pile up is very frustrating. Not only that but no estimate could be given other than I don’t know. Prep better for what you know is the busiest time. Likely won’t be back

My order wasn’t correct, the bags leaked too much oil into my car that I had to clean up, and for the life of me can’t understand why there’s so much oil in the veggies. I’m spending $60 for a mess in my car, veggies that cause a heart attack and disappointment for my family. This wasn’t my first time at this location and been disappointed but it will definitely be my last.

I ordered through the mobile app as it was more convenient for me. When I opened the bag there were only two boxes, I did not receive fries for either meal and I only got 1 of the 3 ranch I ordered. I called the Wells Branch location and could not get through or I would get hung up. On my 5th attempt someone finally picked up. I spoke to Erika on the phone explaining what had happened and she kindly offered to redo my order but I stated that I ordered online out of convenience and would not be able to pick up the rest of my order in person, she stated she would talk to a manager and call me back; the first call I made was at 9:56pm two minutes after I received my order, it’s now 11:01pm and I still have not received a call back. I just called twice the first time being 10:48pm and a minute later at 10:49 both calls were declined. I tried again at 10:53pm and the phone was picked up but yet again the phone was immediately hung up. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order and it’s happened one too many times that I can’t let it slide anymore.

Order a 15 piece combo wings/fries for dinner…
Wings were so overcooked and dry, ranch dressing didn’t help the meal taste any better.
Lemon pepper was season so much , it was salty.
Fries were over salted as well., you could not enjoy them.
This is the worst experience we had with Wing stop.
It sucks when you go home to enjoy your meal, and this happens!
Should have read reviews before ordering at this location, cause seems like I’m not the only one disappointed with you guys.

Worst Wingstop ever. I ordered by delivery and my food was all wrong. I called and got the run around saying the manger was busy .i held for 7 mins and then called back and she still said the manager was busy I ask for her name and she disconnect call. I had to drive to the store and still no help I ask to compensate me for at least one deal I bought and she said she couldn’t. She did compensate me for an extra 10 wings. I was still upset due to paying delivery charge and tip. This Wingstop is terrible and customer service sucks . I will never ever order from this store again.
