I have been to this location twice at lunch time. The female preparing the food was rude, condisending and treated me like a small child. First, she told me I was standing in the wrong place, there was no one else in line. Second, she asked if I needed anything else and “huffed” because I said no. Third, was condisending again because I paid with a gift card. I was given no napkin.
I have no complaints about the food. It was delicious. However, they need a new worker behind the counter.
I won’t be coming back to this location.

First of all, they have no public restrooms. Secondly, I ordered some extra sides of pickles with my sandwich which I get nothing on. It is just meat and bread and they didn’t wanna give me the extra sides. They wanted me to pay for them. I explained to them there’s nothing on my sandwich with meat and bread. You can’t just give me the sides. So they wound up giving me two pickles in each cup. They also do not participate in any deals going on like $6.99 foot-long‘s. And there was barely any tuna fish on our sandwich. They were really skimpy with their food.

2nd daytime visit to this Subway, around 1:15 on Jan 12, 2026 (I gave grace on the 1st visit; everyone is entitled to a bad day) where I experienced being treated in a bossy and rude manner by the same female employee. Lady, you have treated me rudely twice and both times I was nonreactive because I did not want to ruin a pleasant outing with my friend. I took it from you, but here is your review. There is no reason to treat customers like naughty schoolchildren (I am 65). I suggest employee training: How To Not Try To intimidate Customers 101. Note: I WILL survey the vegetables prior to placing my order, thank you very much. And, I already selected GIFT CARD on the card scanner before I scanned the card. How would I know I was “supposed” to tell you?

The service was terrible- old Caucasian woman with red hair. I placed an online order but she was unable to assist me when she informed me that she did not receive order. Even when I showed her a screenshot of my order at the correct location she was unable to help me because she “can’t read that”. I’d like a call back or feedback on my order experience. I felt horrible leaving this store when all I wanted was a sandwich.

The owner is the nicest women I’ve ever met in my life and is always patient with me when I’m ordering. The floor is clean and the food always looks untouched. It also smells pretty good in the strore. The bathrooms are out of order a lot, that’s my only complaint.

Female employee was very rude and upset as we walked in as Muslim women, we upset her in some way. She rolled her eyes and was very dismissive to us. As we tried to order our food, she kept walking away and smacking her . She was very rude and disrespectful to us for no apparent reason to us.. but is being different….

Nasty store. Tea tasted like it was a week old. Then overcharged for my sandwich. Confronted worker nicely about issues and instead of resolving the issues he argued and then proceeded to watch his phone. He would not give me a receipt. To to all else off they had a sign on the bathroom that read no bathroom for customers.

Food was disgusting, service was horrible I ordered the meal deal and it comes with a six inch sub, chips and a drink, he hands me the cup to fill my drinks and says machine isn’t working, I said I ordered a coke can I get a bottle he said no that would be an additional charge, I handed him back the cup and said that poor customer service. This was at the 4464 Divine St. the bread tasted old and stale and there was barely any toppings on my sub, highly dissatisfied. I will never go back to this location.
