Nice location from my experience. Been here several times now in the last few months and it was perfect each time. Wings are perfect and you can tell the fries are fresh they always hot and crispy! Very nice charismatic lady at register too I believe her name was Daisy.

18 people all waiting for their food. Majority waited for more than an hour. Others asked for refund, some left and never came back. Kitchen looks like its being run very inefficiently. Whoever the owner of this franchise is, please higher a better manager. I’ve been to other wingstop stores and they never took this long.
At what point does the owner think this will not make it to corporate?
Unfortunately its the wingstop name so people will keep buying.

Absolutely WORST wingstop I’ve ever been to. They forgot part of my order so I had to drive 20 mins back to get it , the wings had almost no sauce or seasoning, they might as well have been plain dry wings and weren’t crispy, just very soggy batter. There were multiple people that came in missing parts of their order when I went back, the cooks were obviously very careless by taking their sweet time and were fooling around and denied letting the kid from the front talk to them when he was trying to deal with an upset customer. The kid at the front was actually the only pleasant part of the experience as he helped me get the rest of my order quickly and gave me an extra ranch to make up for having to drive back so far. Will not be back.

Absolutely the worst experience! I will not be back. We pre-ordered a day before in anticipation of the busy super bowl rush for wings. On the day of my order continued being delayed for pickup and doordash drivers continued canceling on me. So I finally drove myself up there to find out what was going on. It turns out that the restaurant was 2 hours behind on orders. Also the restaurant knew they were going to continue being behind on orders as of 3:00 this afternoon when they announced to all of us that one of their fryers went down. This is completely unprofessional given the fact that the staff were more than aware that they were not going to be able to fill all of the anticipated orders for the evening. And in all the chaos, our frustration was just met with the attitude of “t ough luck, You can ask for a refund”. No apologies, no nothing. Now I know the staff were extremely stressed out but at a bare minimum communication should have been given to customers about their orders for the evening. Especially with the fact that the staff knew the situation. At a bare minimum, one of the staff members who was there directing doordash drivers to leave the restaurant should have been making efforts to reach out to customers.

Ordered dry rub wings to go, they arrived home in a puddle of oil, very undercooked. Not even a hint of crispness. Had to put them in the oven to make them edible. Gross experience. Also the sodas had almost zero carbonation.

Stopped into Wingstop and had a great experience. The food is always good and the service was excellent. Shoutout to Ty for being so welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our dining experience. Seriously the best service you’ll get!

The young lady who assisted us with our order was very helpful and pleasant, and she was also diligently cleaning the tables. The young gentleman preparing our food in the back was very kind; he had long hair. The food was excellent and an improvement over previous experiences. I inquired about his tenure, and he mentioned it had been about a month. I complimented him on the wonderful job he did with our meal. He had a delightful personality, and the entire team was commendable. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience that day. They were efficiently managing their tasks and taking orders, and my food arrived promptly as estimated. I am pleased to see the positive changes implemented at the establishment. Outstanding Customer Service – Vinny Deserves a Shout-Out!
I just want to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Vinny, the cook at Wingstop on Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park. I had an issue with my order the previous day, it was made incorrectly, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. But when I came back the next day to get it resolved, Vinny completely turned my experience around.
From the moment we spoke, Vinny showed genuine determination to make sure I was taken care of. He greeted me with professionalism and respect, listened carefully to my concerns, and without hesitation went above and beyond to make things right. You could tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in the quality of his work.
Vinny’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service were on full display. Not only did he correct the issue, but he also made sure I left happy and I absolutely did. In a world where great customer service can be hard to come by, Vinny is a rare gem.
Wingstop is lucky to have someone like him on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the wings, but because I know there are people like Vinny who truly care about the customer experience.

I ordered the 5-piece tender combo through DoorDash for lunch today and was not expecting what I received. I initially ordered 3 Spicy Sweet Glaze and 2 Garlic Parmesan tenders, 30 mins after placing my order I received a call from my Dasher (she was super kind) that they no longer had the Spicy Sweet Glaze available so I had to change the flavor; I decided to just go with Korean BBQ. When I received my order and bit into one of the tenders I realized it was not cooked in the middle. Disgusted with what I just bit into I decided to cut open the rest and they were all pink and fleshy in the middle. This was very disappointing. Consuming raw chicken is very dangerous and can lead to a multitude of bacterial infections. I hope that this location moves forward with proper food handling precautions and I really hope no one else has to experience this.

Horrible. 9/10 when ordering food here it is either wrong, missing wings, dry/or not even sauces/seasoned. To add to that, when addressing these issues on separate occasions, none of the staff or management has basic customer service skills and do not acknowledge customers when they come in or have any sense of professionalism or order within their process. I will add because I saw it tonight- a gentlemen just tossing the raw wings into the fryer with his bare hands.. can’t be proper food safety handling… god only knows what else is going on over there with the food…. Save yourself and go to another location. I sincerely hope they get outside help to make this location better and worth giving them business.
