Fries were a good amount of crispy and very well seasoned. Wings were tossed in a decent amount of sauce. I prefer this location and the food prep over the Alamo location. Very time efficient.

Great customer service. The cashier was wonderful. I picked up my order that included a drink and the cup ripped from the bottom. They GM immediately offered to replaced the cup with a large cup. Loved the attitude. I believe they were having a mangers meeting and offered me to visit their plamview location unfortunately I rarely go that way or else I would of taken up on their offer. Two examples on how the management team demonstrated their eagerness to go above and beyond for their customers. Then to top it off the food was prepared fast and tasted awesome. Waited and hour and a half for our food just for it to be incomplete and the girl already had it there when I went in for it but “she didn’t notice it” and it got cold had me wait another extra 10 minutes for them to heat up the food and the wings were very very salted

I hate when they leave my atomic wings like that the good thing about today is that they didn’t take long even though they were busy. Other times that I’ve been there and there’s maybe just another family and they’ve taken way too long with the order. The reason that I went today was because of a hilarious video I found on Twitter from Mark Phillips @SupremeDreams_1

Yeah please read all these reviews before eating here. Wingstop isn’t the best by a long shot but it’s familiar. As soon as my gf and I walked in we’re there wait a minute or 2 before anyone came to the counter. So we order and told that there’s a 50 min waiting time and we’ll we just want to eat. They have no sense of urgency about them and just hang around for another worker to actually do something. 1 couldn’t change the machine and stood by it waiting for another coworker to ask if they needed help and proceeded to just stand there and watch him do it, the place is not a efficient workplace or dine inn.

their service was fine. The cashier was nice, but I was very disappointed with the food quality. The chicken sandwich had like maybe 1/3 chicken in the whole sandwich . three of the soda dispensers were flat so it made me feel like buying a soft drink was pointless. Overall, not very satisfied.
