Truly the most disappointing trip to any Wingstop I have ever experienced! We ordered our food and it 40 minutes to get our order! You’d think it was great and hot, 75% of our food was cold to the touch. Fries and corn were the only “warm” food on our table. Soda machine kept turning on and off.

Ordering through the phone I was denied ordering solo wings what wing place is going to tell someone they don’t sell bone in wings, but eventually the employee understood and took my order not giving me a clear estimated time and hanging up. I came and waited over 30 minutes at first paying and sitting around to not be called until i finally got up and the employees just had my order sitting on the counter after 30 more minutes! I had ordered at 4pm and didn’t get 1 simple order till 5pm cold, wrong, and they didn’t bother to remake them correctly just throwing seasoning on top. So disappointing…

I love Wingstop, but without proper management, a business can struggle. I usually enjoy ordering through the app, but lately, I’ve had issues with it not reading my debit card for some reason. After multiple attempts, it still wouldn’t go through, so I decided to call in my order instead.
I was on hold for 17 minutes with no response, so I drove to the location while still on hold. When I arrived, I saw two employees standing at the register chatting, completely ignoring the fact that the place was a mess. Instead of helping to clean up or assisting customers, they just stood there.
This location desperately needs better management and customer service.

There was no drama like in Harlingen
Palmhurst location is always full of people. There is a bit of a wait but it’s all good.
Only bad thing is that they had no lemon pepper seasoning for my order so I had to change one of the flavors. Other then that it is always a great experience here.

My boys ordered 2 of the Cajun meal deals and were disappointed when they opened it to find both orders like the pic included. Fries look as if they were put together from someone’s left overs, the claim that it it’s loaded with their favorite Ranch which they only did a drizzle ♀️ So when I called to speak with a manager I was informed store manager was not available, but according to the girl, she was the assistant manager she asked me to send the photo placed me on hold then shortly after a man by the name of Joaquin comes onto the phone stating he’s the general manager and apologized states that the cooks are learning how to prep this meal since it’s a new meal that started selling.

Wow! Literally the worst wings I have ever had. Wings were under sauced, under seasoned, we got a few that were burned to the core. The fries had no seasoning. Even though you check your order to make sure you got for what you paid, it sucks to get home to find out the food you were eagerly waiting to eat is trash.

I doordashed this at like 10 pm and I gotta say it was delicious, one of the best wingstop orders I’ve ever had. The wings were fried to perfection and the dry rubs were nicely coated on. I got the hot honey and garlic Parmesan boneless with some Cajun seasoned fries. Everything g was made fresh and arrived to my house still hot.
Update: I have eaten at many wingstops in the valley and this is by far the best one. I went again recently during rush and my food was actually ready before I expected it to be.
Here is a picture for reference; those wings were fried to perfection. Wings are plain because it was a group order and they all like to order the sauces on the side to dip them in. Great service and highly organized.
