I ordered by phone a 50 piece family meal. Wings are good the only problem is some were not properly covered and caused the foam packaging to melt through and on the wings. I appreciate the wings being hot but I prefer not to feed my kids wings with melted foam, on the bright side I just chucked the ones with extra black to the trash, so all in all nothing Major to handle. But at the same time no one orders wings with the thought that they might have to throw some away because they are not edible.
I called spoke with the manager to double check on the team members packaging the wings to ensure the next customer doesn’t get the same results. Now I want clarify this place usually does a good job. A few mishaps here and there but this is a major one that needed to be addressed for health purposes. The manager said he was going to address the issue about the wrapping to ensure the wings don’t have direct contact with the foam packaging. Seemed nice and willing to fix it.

It depends on the staff working at the time, but it’s best to avoid the Shary location.
If you order through the app, this location won’t start your order until you get there. However, the wingstop on 10th street will start your order before you get there.
Personally, I’ve always been aware of the unnecessary wait this location had and tolerated it because I love wingstop and it still comes out good. But on 09/24/25, I had my usual order and immediately got an upset stomach and to the next day my stomachs still recovering.
I would always go to this location and this has never happened before— It’s just the current staff that needs to be trained properly/ make sure their cooking the chicken to the proper temp.

We went to dine in on Thurs 7-25-24, we wete 3 couples and one couple got their food in 15 min it took 1 hour for the rest of us to get our food. Customers would come in and they got their food in 15 min befor us, talk to the staff 3 time and the kept telling us there order in front of yours , i then adk to dpeak to the manager who is more clues the the crew, kept tell her the issue she just kept day , “I understand” understand what??? Dont eat at this location, by the time the other got the food my was cold did enjoy it

I went to Wingstop to pick up food for a group of friends hanging out with me at home. I went to the one on the expressway just west of Shary road in Mission. I ordered 50 pieces of wings, fries, and cheese sauce. The order came with celery and carrot sticks, ranch, and ketchup. We ordered, Mango Habanero, really good, BBQ, Original buffalo, Lemon Pepper, and Teriyaki. All flavors were on point. I liked that the cheese sauce was not at all thick but creamy, perfect for dipping the fries. I recommend Wingstop and would definitely go back for more

Not recommended because I ordered a combo with extra mango habanero sauce online and I don’t know if they did it on purpose or not but they didn’t have any sauce. I can’t be going back and forth since we are quarantine.

The cashier lady was super patient and gave me great customer service…
There’s a particular cook helper that might need additional customer service training though.
Wings below speak for themselves, I suggested if I could have a little more sauce in a small container because the wings were dry. He told me I had to pay for a small container of sauce or I could hand him the wings so he can add more but my kids were already eating. I wasn’t going to just remove the food from the table. I told him since they had already touched the food how could I handle it back to him and then have the wings handled back to us?
(COVID suggestions say to minimize these kind of scenarios after food has been served to customers)
I didn’t mind buying the small container for the safety of all, but I do wish he would’ve handled things differently…

let me start by saying I love Wingstop my favorite wings when I travel, but if I could give this wingstop a 0 I would. I placed my order on the app for delivery in the comments asked to make sure I get Extra Crispy fries and don’t forget the ketchup. I then called the location spoke to an employee who then got my order and said she noted for extra crispy and ketchup. order gets delivered to my hotel. cold soggy fries not even normal crispy, no ketchup and no napkins. called the manager and he is offering a free fries next time I come to town and will hand write it in a book of credits. I’m a 1/2 mile away, would not remake the fries and deliver, would not credit my credit card, very unapologetic. Do Not buy from this location. Try a different Wingstop.

Horrible experience, rude cashier i got attended by Leila, she was in a horrible mood, the manager yvette just in the back doing nothing instead of helping take orders. The restaurant was very dirty and coke machine was super dirty. Will definitely not be going back again. My fries were cold and my wings were not well cooked they tasted horrible.
