It’s food. It’s overpriced for the quality and portions. The service is slow and generally just a little surly. I don’t have specific instructions for my orders as a general rule and yet they seem to get my orders wrong with alarming regularity. It’s wings, fries and sauces… We’re not solving cold fusion. How hard can it be to translate the spoken word to a properly fulfilled order?

Came in around 5ish to eat dinner. No problems ordering or finding an area to sit. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and very cold . Food was great. Only down side one of there coke machines doesn’t work. Had to wait to get some ice and refreshments.

Waited 25 minutes for my food to come out raw, made me sick throughout the day. My friend who ordered right behind me received his food 10 minutes after receiving my plate. Definitely recommend this spot for a stomach cleansing or a lounging area for hangouts. Otherwise I do not recommend this Wingstop spot. Place was at least clean too gotta give em a star for that.

Ordered online at 9:40pm arrived @10pm and my order still wasn’t ready waited an additional 20mins for my order only to realize after I got home they forgot all the fries I ordered with my 4 combos and the chicken sandwich wasn’t even seasoned like I ordered it and was mediocre at best not even pickles and was like warm called the store and they actually delivered my fries but everyone had already eaten so didn’t get a chance to eat the fries. And to top it off everyone I spoke to was clueless about my order and when it was supposed to be ready and I had to talk to 4 different ppl to get my order and then for it to not be complete was ridiculous.

One of the most horrendous locations in the Valley. The crew members don’t greet you or say thank you have a nice day after giving you your food. I left 30 minutes after my food has been ready for 15 minutes. They called the wrong person when they handed my food next to me and my name was on the other side of the bag so I couldn’t tell if it was mine or not. Otherwise, I would have left 15 minutes prior to 30 minutes of waiting. After waiting another 15 minutes, they’re like “oh did you need something?” and i just told them that I was waiting for my order. Then they said it was mine and I explained to them that they called another person when putting the bag down and they just walked away without apologizing or any sort of apology . Never returning here again. NOTE: if you hate your job so much, just quit and look for another one that’s better or in the least, slightly better.

Arrived to pick up my order and there was only one person taking care of the front. I stood there for what felt 10 minutes to get acknowledged. After that I waited another 15 minutes. Food was good but it gave me bad heartburn. Won’t be coming back.

We are here on Vacation and decided to try this because we love Wingstop at home. Very disappointed in this one. Fries were old, no Ketchup, no Napkins or utensils even. They weren’t busy so maybe that’s why we got old Fries.
