I was waiting for help for a min but when the cashier showed he was helpfull my order went from 36 to 50 dollars real quick 30 wing bundle no drinks paid extra and then i get to the soda machine and no sodas all diet stuff and we asked about it the cashier tried to help but the manager rolling her eyes and scuffing the food was good but the manager made us uncofterbale even the 2 guys they had working… I didnt like that it was like 7.30pm when this all happend i think she needs more training she just had bad attitude and no drinks really sucked but the guys working there quick hard workers poor them at the end thats why i give 1 star sorry wing stop

Great food! Taste wise, if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. They did have a new sandwich you can flavor any way you want. Atmosphere gave nice downtown feel. The food took a while to get, there were no lemons, and the drink machine tasted like it needed syrup, but other than that it was a good experience. Can’t knock franchise owned restaurants. Chains are very independent and do things a certain way.

Just stopped by awhile ago food and atmosphere is always at !
Today’s visit was different because I saw two employees ( Perla and Sahit) run that store alone. Service was so polite, food was fresh, on time , correct and delicious! Store and restrooms were clean. I even saw , Perla change the drink machine filters. I saw both run that Busy store like if it was a full staff were working.
I called to get their names and I think they deserve recognition on how great of a job they’re doing. Both also are so young and it’s rare to go to any restaurant and deal with respectful and hard working employees.
I will continue to drive far from home to this wing stop. Other locations, food and service are awful and I’m just 5 minutes away from the one at Alton gloom.

This late at night is not that pack here. Nice and cozy environment, small cool establishment. Next to the University and in the tip of the Border.
Prices ranges $-$$. Sometimes especial depends on seasonal. Look for them!
Staff there around but unknown where they are at, lol. Nice music on the intercom.
By the way parking space are spread all around but next to the wings there’s a 2 hrs parking. Be nice be patience.
Ok the after mass food going to criticize.
1. Pregnant worker with the boyfriend
2. Customers waited while the pregnant lady did nothing and still with the boyfriend.
3. Co-worker girl seems to stress cuz she was doing almost everything.
4. Buffalo wings did not have enough spices couple of people went back to ask for more spices.
5. Had to much grease on the wings plate then usual.
When the team leader don’t step up to the plate that makes the place fall down and look bad like in this case it look bad. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
