The chicken was raw. We ordered 2 (6)piece BW COMBOS at 11:04pm vie DoorDash. When received, we ate the chicken, mid chew realized it was raw and wasn’t able to spit it out, we checked the rest and both combos had raw chicken. This is dangerous and disgusting. Wont ever come to this location again, we ordered an hr before closing, there was no reason for them to undercook this $40+ order. Wish I was kidding. This is the worst food quality I’ve had ever.

Don’t come to this place if you want good food and service. Store closes at 12 am. They started cleaning up and moping from 11 pm while making food. The same guys who were preparing the food were also cleaning the floor . Took them 30 minutes to make just one Chicken which I ordered. That also was colder than the winter in Canada. Food was burned to crisp.

I have always thought the wings were good although overpriced at approximately $1.40 per wing when getting a 10 piece wings. The French fries are not to my taste because they aren’t crispy in any way. But I would never recommend ordering when they have some sort of promotion going on or you will likely wait over an hour longer than normal.

I’m not sure if management reads these, but I hope so. I ordered 6 wings and fries, when I got my food home I discovered everything was cold. On top of that, the (incredibly small shriveled wings) were burnt. This location is notorious for forgetting items as well (we were missing an extra ranch that we paid for). So I spent money on a cold dinner I couldn’t eat, it was not only a waste of money but time and gas. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning.

So I moved back from Houston where I have been having great food…. my mom is not very fond of wingstop but wanted wings. So I decided to tell her how great wingstop is… unfortunately here at the boonville location it was horrible. I have always liked wingstop never a bad order…but it was late and I assume they were serving older food.
I asked for all flats… I got all weird looking drums. The guy at the counter was great as he he made sure it was extra ketchup but uhhh…. when I spoke with the manager “Richard” about the quality of the food he implicated several disturbing comments such as “all the people behind you talking” when it was just me n mom.
And how “try it out if we like wingstop” “ also he stated yea in this economy you know you need a good meal” idk why he was rambling but he made our arrival feel like simply because the quality was bad it was us trying to get a free meal. The food was presented horrible. I come from eating at the grand Lux cafe to wingstop and HERE I was made to feel as if I was wrong for complaining. I am not sure if Richard is new but wow he is a bit passive aggressive….. he is the type to pretend to be kind while belittling. I came all the way here for that type of insult over cheap food. Richard….. please get training for everyone. Because everyone is not out for a free 20$ Jesus can’t even get all flats …. also you can tell the honesty in the photo below because it is 10:05 I told the guy I requested all flats and ask u you can see look… drums. Guess that’s my fault too ehh.

I walked in to pick up an order (I actually deliver for doordash, and I NEVER wrote reviews unless it’s bad). There was only one other customer there with her small child eating in the dining room. I waited while the workers finished up their order and delivered it to them, I overheard her say that she actually ordered chicken strips not wings and he stated oh I must have misheard and took them back. He sees me standing there and doesn’t even acknowledge me, doesn’t say I’ll be right with you nothing, just walks past as slow as a sloth and I’m not exaggerating. Tells the other worker to make 5 chicken strips, then he gets another ticket off the printer, stands there for a minute, then walks to a fridge further back while still not acknowledging me. I have all ready signed in for the order and have been waiting for a good 5 minutes at this point. Another customer walks in and waits for a few minutes then says forget this and walks out. Finally he walks up to the counter and asks how he can help me, I let him know I was there for a doordash order, he then says to sign in which I say I all ready have. He says it to me again to sign in, which I say again I all ready have, then he looks at the clipboard like he doesn’t believe me. Hands me the order and says nothing. I’m sorry but I have had such poor experiences and wait times at this Wingstop and the one on wellborn in CS and something really needs to be done because looking at these reviews I’m clearly not the only one having issues. I love their food, but they will not do well of the staff and wait times stay this way.

I visited Wingstop hoping to give it a second chance after a less-than-stellar first experience. Sadly, my second visit confirmed that this location has no intention of improving. The same disappointing service occurred again, and it’s truly unacceptable.
Upon arriving, we were the only customers in the restaurant. However, one of the employees spent more time on his phone than attending to us. He casually made food for himself, completely disregarding us, and then went on his lunch break without a word. No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgment that we had been waiting. It took 25 minutes for our two simple meals to be prepared. The lack of communication or basic courtesy made the wait even more frustrating.
This isn’t just about slow service—it’s about a complete lack of professionalism. The absence of any social skills from the staff is astounding. When a customer walks into an empty restaurant, the expectation is prompt service, or at the very least, an acknowledgment of their presence.
I thought the first time might have been a fluke, but this second visit has confirmed a clear pattern. Shame on them for their poor service, and shame on me for giving them another chance. I won’t be making that mistake again.
