I’m obsessed with Wingstop! The wings are always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is always prompt. My go-to order is the 15 Lemon Pepper Hot wings, all drums, and 15 BBQ wings all flats and with a side of blue cheese – perfection! Whether I’m grabbing takeout or delivery, Wingstop never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Oh, and Liz, who is a newer manager there, is phenomenal. She excels past staff that’s been there for years. She is a great addition to the team 5/5 stars.

I went in to pickup an order and the manager on shift was very rude. I believe her name was Cecilia. I was talking to a member of the staff to ensure my order was correct before leaving and she felt the need to step in and tell me everything was right and I don’t need to check my order before leaving the store. I don’t know where her attitude was coming from I think she got offended as if I was making it seem that she doesn’t know how to do her job. Very odd behavior from a manager and it left me feeling upset. I will not be back to this location. Cecilia needs to be evaluated.

I usually love Wingstop, but my visit yesterday was incredibly uncomfortable. A “manager” named Cecilia was being extremely rude and disrespectful to the cooks right in front of everyone waiting for their food. It’s hard to watch someone power-trip and belittle their kitchen crew while they are clearly working hard to get orders out. This kind of toxic leadership makes for a terrible customer experience. The cooks deserve more respect than what Cecilia is giving them. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary.

1/14/26 Visited the store around dinner time and witnessed something that really bothered me. A woman that appeared to be some sort of manager named Cecilia was yelling even cursing at the young men in the back. I have even noticed the same woman on another day have an attitude with the same young men. This is not right and I cannot believe the kind of people this location has in place for management. I definitely will not support this location and you should not either. The food isn’t even good.

I should’ve took a picture of the uncooked wings they tried to sell me then when I refused the young lady Cecilia tried to make me eat by telling me they were done and every time I told her they were not done she said yes they are every time. I said they’re not done. She kept saying yes they are so she took them and brought them back to me and said they’re done so I don’t know what you want me to do and I said well they’re not done. I want you to cook them and she walks away and says yes, they are so I got up and I asked to speak with a manager. She told me she was the manager, and the manager told me he didn’t want to talk to me and that he will refuse my service so they refuse my service and try not to give me my money back so I told him OK you have to refund me if you want to refuse my service, but the manager Geo never came to talk to me.Needless to say I got my refund with no food so very disappointed never been to a Wingstop with uncooked wings before but first time for everything also I never had such rude service before and I’ve been all over the country eating! I’m sure they will try and say that I was belligerent or something and that’s why they refused my service but the truth is Cece was rude and Geo would not even come talk to me when I wanted to address the situation about her. He actually whispered her and told her just refuse his service so I’m just very disappointed and I feel really discriminated against in a certain way, and I can’t say that it was completely racism, but it was very uncalled for and unprofessional. It was something that was simple and that could’ve been resolved very easy I mean after all the customers always right or is that not a thing anymore?

I placed a call in order at 7pm. When I arrived to pick up, I only had a hundred dollar bill. My total was 47.01. Cashier looked at the bill said i don’t hoʻave change for this. As busy as it was, multiple registers, she couldn’t manage to come up with 53.00. Heck, she could have rounded up to 50 and kept the $3 tip. I told her I didn’t have any other form of payment. She took the bag, said fine, and I left. Went to wingstop in Deet Park and received the service I should have gotten at the first one.

I am for always giving a restaurant a chance, again the customer service is non-existent, they do not listen, the cashier said my order with ranch and asked for an extra side of blue cheese, I received the blue cheese, I did not get the ranch. They are more worried about two young girls coming in then making sure orders are correct. They get a zero. I came back to try this Wingstop again, hopefully the fries will not be soggy like usual, hopefully the original hot will not be to much sauce or hardly any, the garlic parm will have some parmesan on them. Just a tip for the restaurant, if your policy is you do not take $100’s unless it is a large order you should post it. I was lucky I hit my debit card on me I wasn’t carrying it with me most of the day.

Always greeted with smiling faces.. the cooks even wave and welcome us in when picking up an order or dining in. Usually staffed by a group of teens when i visit and It’s so nice to see young people with such great attitudes enjoying their job. Great customer service and the food is always fresh and made to order! Even when they’re busy, they’re quick and efficient.. AND IN A GOOD MOOD which is so rare these days!
