They had a paper on the counter that said give them a review . So I am giving mine. I asked for my wings to be well done. Once I came home I saw that they didn’t do so. And I was missing an extra ranch with my order. Not going back.

I remember when these were the best in town, great tasting cooked just right wings. The quality of food has gone down! Wings are overcooked, dry as cardboard and fries are way over salted. Last few times we’ve been very disappointed with the food. Great at getting food out in a timely manner but overcooked and over seasoned ruins it all!

I ordered lemon pepper and they were so loaded with seasoning they were unedible and this even after I specifically requested very light seasoning. This is not the first time this same thing has happened at this store, but for me, it will definitely be the last. Obviously the employees at this location don’t believe in customer service.

The lady who I believe is the manager was so nice. She’s always on top of getting the store clean and the food fresh. This is the only WINGSTOP I come cause of the quality. Never disappoints.

Ordered 2 COMBOS for delivery off the wingstop app. When the food arrived, only one combo had the fries that every combo is supposed to come with. Tried calling them for a refund and was told to wait on hold to speak to a manager. Was on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up and called back, nobody answered. Tried calling back, AGAIN, and nobody answered. Literally the worst and most dumb group of wingstop employees I’ve ever experienced.
