Great crew amazing customer service got takeout from a walk in and I applaud the Team members working at 5:45pm tonight. Got a chicken bowl with mixed rice and mixed beans. Food was hot when I got home and fresh as always.

I ordered two bowls online about 2 hours before closing, thinking that was more than enough time for decent quality food. Apparently not.
One bowl was missing beef and queso entirely. The second bowl had absolutely no flavor no seasoning, no queso, nothing. Just bland ingredients thrown together. To top it off, both bowls were cold.
The lack of quality control, attention to detail, and basic care is honestly shocking. I spent $25 on two meals that were incomplete, flavorless, and cold. I tried calling the restaurant to address it and no one even answered.
If this is how online orders are handled, something seriously needs to change. Extremely disappointing experience. Do better!

I had hard shell tacos. The shell and the ground beef were very bitter tasting. The pico only had tomatos in it but the queso was still very good with the chips. I will give them another shot, it could have been an off day as they are usually pretty good!

The general manager at this location hung up on me after refusing to issue a refund for the portion of my 5-person order that never arrived (an order that was intended to be a helpful gesture for a family who just experienced a sudden and tragic loss). This was despite the fact that I placed the order directly through Qdoba’s website and paid an additional $15 in delivery fees and tip on top of the order total. Only 2 of the 5 entrees arrived with the order, and when I called the location, the staff and manager blamed it on doordash, even though the order wasn’t placed through doordash (Qdoba apparently outsources dashers as ghost delivery drivers for their purported internal delivery service, but doesn’t provide customers with any dasher info or recourse in the event that something goes wrong). I am now left with no recourse for a refund despite the family receiving less than half of this $75 order. Truly astounding lack of professionalism among the staff here!

2nd time visiting here and the service is still phenomenal. The staff greets you with a smile and a warm welcome. I live in North County and there’s a Qdoba in that area, but I will travel to this one before I go to the one in my area because of their service and friendly demeanor.
Kudos to the staff!!! Excellent customer service and hospitality. They are polite, friendly and make sure your visit is enjoyable and that your order is correct.

Like all chains, much the same. Food was pretty good, but it’s understaffed. Owner trying to cut costs. So a little wait in line, wasn’t overly clean, and nobody had time to fix the ice maker.

Just wanted to get a message to the store that they put someone else’s Uber at order into the GrubHub bag delivered to my house. Outside of the bag was labeled as only containing my order and stapled shut through the label so there’s no way the driver could have known it was in there. UberDriver probably had to wait at the store waiting for order to be remade costing them money and their customers time. I got a free extra meal due to someone else’s loss and don’t feel good about it at all. Wanted to let the store know, but phone rang until someone picked up and hung up. Hope the store gets the help it needs

I ordered food online through Qudobas website. The food I got when I got home was the worst I have every had from Qudoba. The absolute smallest burrito that I have ever seen and half a portion of soup without the toppings. Be wary ordering from here.

The burritos did not have any extra chicken which I ordered. I also ordered sour cream and there was none very little cheese but a whole lot of horrible rice. The chicken that it did have was burnt and was almost an edible. Needless to say I will be going back to their competitor where the food was much better. I tried to call and let the manager know my frustrations and they did not care they acted almost if I was bothering them they were kind of rude about it so I’m just going to move on and cut my losses and they lose business here are some pictures. And the burritos were very small I was shocked they were half the size of their competitors. By the way those beans I was blowing fire out of my rear end for 2 weeks.

It was so delicious I ate it before the review ! I really wanted to say, the professionalism and welcoming staff is totally unexpected. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, hello, and a gentleman possibly tying his apron back from break. He helped me immediately with curbside pickup and mentioned as soon he washes his hands he will get my food delivered to my car, all with a smile. BEST service I have had in a while!
