I usually come once a week, but I use to come 2-3x a week ! This was my favorite location , it was always so smooth to order over the phone and pick up. Always so quick. And the staff was always SUPER friendly.
But not long ago , the front staff changed and though some are friendly and professional this location has unfortunately hired a women that is absolutely horrible at her job. She’s always on the phone , always so blan n rude when talking to her . She always seems to rush you when ordering too and I hate that. She will let peoples orders sit there for long periods of times bc she’s toooooo busy talking to whomever on her phone. She always has an attitude like she doesn’t wanna be there. So why be there you know ? She is NOT a good fit for this location. She needs to be moved or removed. Every time I go she’s just worse and worse. Makes me not wanna come anymore. I never post reviews but after my husband had yet again another issue with her when picking up our food , I had to say something.

Just got order and the wings are not fully cooked. Skin very gummy, and has uncooked dry looking white patches. Scared to eat the Hawaiian flavor as it looks disgusting, about to drive back for a refund. This is the worse wingstop I have ever encountered.

Someone from corporate really needs to go in this location to reinforce policies. I shouldn’t have to come home and put my wings in the air fryer because they’re not done! I asked for extra seasoning on the fries and there’s none at all. There’s barely any lemon pepper seasoning in my wings.

I’m not sure how their cooks mess up friend chicken and fries but it happens often. My order is always UNDER cooked and barely seasoned at all. This location staff is rude and while hang up on call in orders all the time. The cooks need to be fired or retrained. Extremely poor management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

On a Saturday afternoon, I ordered through the DoorDash app and opted to pick up my food in the store. My food was ready after the estimated wait time. I ordered the 20 pc boneless chicken combo because it seem like a good deal, and I wanted to try out the flavors they had.
♡ Garlic Parmesan. 6/10
I like that my chicken had a lot of parmesan sprinkled on top of it, but the flavor itself was alright. This is my personal opinion, but I think I prefer my garlic parmesan chicken to have a wet sauce rather than it be a dry rub.
♡ Lemon Pepper. 7/10
The flavor is pretty good. The lemon pepper seasoning was subtle here, but I think I like it that way.
♡ Hot Honey. 8/10
Wow, the hype is real. This one here is definitely my favorite. The honey brings a subtle sweetness to it, and it gives a little heat. I do wish the honey flavor was a tad bit stronger, but that’s okay. It’s too bad that this flavor is limited though; I think it should be a permanent part of the menu.
♡ Mango Habanero. 6/10
The taste was just okay, and I have to say that this is my least favorite from the options I picked. Someone said it reminded them of orange chicken, and I can see that now. It’s a little sweet, but I could definitely feel the heat and spiciness. I don’t think I would order this flavor again, but that’s just me!
♡ Large fries w/ lemon pepper seasoning. 7/10
They were very generous with the seasoning! I could taste the lemon pepper with each bite. However, I don’t think I would get this seasoning again because I think it’s a bit too much, but for lemon pepper lovers, this is perfect for you. The fries itself were meh. They lose their crunch after a while, but that is to be expected.

The chickens itself were DELICIOUSLY crunchy, and I love their bleu cheese dip. If I’m craving chicken, and I don’t want to drive far, I’d definitely go to this Wingstop location again. I was very happy and satisfied with my order!

Horrible experience and won’t be ordering from here again; even door dash with the way they handled it. I ordered through door dash and payed for two seasonings of the flavor win I got. I called the store once I placed my order and explained I just want you guys to put more seasoning on it because last time you didn’t and they were dry. Well this time, they are still dry in the sense of seasoning but a whole bunch of oil is at the bottom! Called the store after door dash refused my credits and talked to a girl who then transferred me to the store manager; without telling me and having me explain the story alll over again! The store manager explained that what I paid for and requested is something different when it comes to to how they make it. I honestly don’t understand because even though I paid for extra flavor I clearly called them and told them I just wanted extra seasoning on them. The assist manager was no help and neither was door dash. Wasted my money and got an upset stomach in the process.

Some of their workers are rude especially when it come to canceling your order, very unprofessional. This particular staff or lady was yelling at my mom and hanged on phone when my mom called to cancel her order few days ago. She later called back my mom to ask for order # , but still no apology. My advice to her is this, if you have a stressful day, take a break or leave. Toxic people are not supposed to work in a public environment.
