We love Qdoba for the quality of food, but I would not recommend this location for catering.
I placed a catering order for 25 people at the Apex location for a Dec 31st gathering. When I arrived for pickup, I was told they hadn’t received the order. After multiple calls, they said it had gone to the Knightdale location—even though my confirmation clearly showed Apex.
They agreed to remake the order due to a system error, but this caused a 1.5-hour delay. When we finally received the food, there was nowhere near enough for 25 people—most items barely served about 10. Portions of fajita veggies, black beans, and salsas were very small, lettuce was missing entirely, and despite paying extra for tacos and tortillas (as stated on their website), there wasn’t enough food to actually use them with.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering catering from Qdoba again.

Another GREAT meal! I got the Burrito Bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, peppers, queso, spicy queso, cheese and corn. The flavors blend perfectly. My wife got the 3 Cheese Nachos. She never finishes, but she looked forward to a tasty lunch the next day. The staff is friendly and outgoing.

I love this Qdoba!!! I left my wallet behind on accident rushing out the door and they stored it in a safe. I am thankful for the Good Samaritan who turned it in.
I have been coming to this location for years. The staff are super friendly, they keep the place clean, and they have delicious chips and guacamole. Overall, I would visit this location for the customer service. I often come on weekdays to grab lunch. The food is fresh, hot foods are hot, cold foods are cold. Thank you to the wonderful ladies who work here!

Lady dishing up the food I didn’t get her name but she had a necklace with a K on it. She was hustling making sure the customers were taken care of. I asked to try the new chipotle honey chicken and she was very kind about it all. Restaurant and bathroom were clean for a very busy store. Food tasted great and fresh.

This has to be the only Mexican restaurant I’ve ever come to where online orders mean more than customer standing in front of the line where you can come here and stand in line for 10 minutes. Watch them make 10 or 15 orders before they go to give you your own food horrible atmosphere horrible horrible communication

I asked my sister to get me some food from here today. This is my first experience with QDOBA, and I’m going to give my honest review so you don’t have to waste your time.
This was the most rubbery chicken I ever tasted in my life. They tasted pure fake. They tasted to the point where I thought it was Italian sausage on the taco. My sister gave me the taco, and the rest of the ingredients were so bland I couldn’t taste a single thing that went into my mouth. I thought I was chewing a prototype thing called food.
Long story short, I would never be eating from this place ever again in my life.

I’m sorry but never going to back to Chipotle ever again. Qdoba is top tier! The food portion, the quality in unparalleled. And I’m literally paying the same amount of money for that bowl? And getting twice the food? I have never more happy to switch to a spot by getting scammed in another for soo long. Thanks to my colleague who recommended me Qdoba. Their Cheese crusted quesadillas with habanero lime steak is soo so good (I can eat it for two meals! -portion is crazy) and the bowl with grilled steak (you don’t have to pay for extra guacamole, queso omggg)… simply LOVE IT!

Terrible burrito, completely undercooked rice and chicken and quite honestly a shame considering how good other Qdoba’s are. The restaurant was filthy and employees were on phones instead of acknowledging customers all while not washing their hands when going to/from bathrooms or touching personal devices/hair/etc… along with that, there was water all on the ground w/o marking, causing a massive slip hazard and should have been mopped up but was just left there. This restaurant is a hazard and should be avoided.

Food was decently clean. Staff was friendly. Very chipotle style but different flavor. Tried the nachos and the hot and sweet style chicken. It tastes lil different and nice to me. Quesadilla was my fav. Bowls are very good as well.
