If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. If they forget an item and you let them know they will call you a “Lying B-tch”, and still make you pay for the item they had not filled. Manager was not helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving any issues. When asked for GM they state it is Mrs. Coleman. Would like a response on how this behavior had been reprimand.

Wingstop is great, but this location, not so much. I have gone there several times and they only take online orders. I was craving wings and they wouldn’t even take my order without me going back to my car and ordering from my phone, it’s a little insulting. They have a cashier, but they are too lazy to take my order and swipe my card. No one should go to this location. Just keep on driving to the next one.

Ordered 2 10 count bone in wings. One of them were “flats only” which costs a dollar extra. The other order was a regular order. Got nothing but drums. Why am I paying an extra dollar? I didn’t ask for all drums. My fries were ice cold and seem old. Delivery Bag wasn’t secured with the sticker. And I got the wrong drink as well. 60 dollars well spent.. neighbor told me to only go to the one in the woodlands. I should have listened.

Food was horrible my family ended up with a stomach issue diarrhea and vomiting. Unprofessional employee speaking of her person business, sticky counters, unsecured mat, fries unseasoned old/ burnt, overall bad experience. Will not return to this location or any wing stop. Received a phone call from the store location at 9:22 pm asking about what happened in store. The GM said she looked at the camera and didn’t match the young lady I described. I gave her the time that I ordered and picked up, so I’m sure she would see me on camera and the young lady. I have my online order information for the proof that it was this location at 2920 in Tomball. The store was not busy to have me confused with any other customers with a pickup time around 4. Paid for 2 combos and extra ranch. Got home (12 min drive) only to find no ranch (ordered online so bag) was sealed). Called to tell them I’d be heading back for the rest of my order. Get there to be asked if I had the food bag. Uh no I left it at home. Cashier hands me 4 ranch containers and can’t even offer to put it in a bag, so I have to ask for one. Cool, you give no apology for the inconvenience but you can’t even offer me a paper bag? No customer service whatsoever and definitely will never order from here again. Order with caution.
