This Wingstop has gone downhill. They mess up orders, they leave u on hold for long on the phone when trying to place an order, the drink machine is always out of coca cola and other drinks (honestly just go back to the old machines like CFA), their system is always down; they weren’t taking cash! CASH for good lord, the other time it was cards. And they’re serving smaller quantities. Go to another wingstop tbh. This one is only good on the weekdays and AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS ON THE WEEKENDS.

Bad service. There is a woman with tattoos who was somewhat rude to me. They never have sweet tea, and I also ordered my drink online, but they did not give me my tea. When I asked if they had tea, they very rudely told me no. I really like sweet tea and that’s why I order here in Wingstop!

Wing Stop can be a hit or miss. On July 9th I went to a different location after Hurricane Beryl. I asked them for all flats and to fry my wings hard. It took 40 minutes to get my good but when I did it was good. That wait time is crazy for 6 wings and fries so the rating went down. One of my wings didn’t have sauce. I think the people who helped me were nice but I don’t remember.

I’ve been to plenty of WingStops and this is the first time I’ve encountered an awesome experience. The young lady at the front was super friendly and happy! She was smiling and enthusiastic! I loved that. She was sweet.
2/18/22 – This last time I came one of the young men there told me they had no water cups and never offered any other cups, there should really be a back up to offer people that just want water. I was disappointed. The place however was spotless and well maintained.

Twice in a row, they forgot to include veggies in our order. On other occasions, they left out the ranch and even gave us fewer wings than we ordered.
This keeps happening, so make sure to check your order before leaving. Not good at all.

Tried the new chicken sandwiches. They come in any flavor from their existing wing sauces/dry rubs. We tried the BBQ and the mango habanero. Both were decently sauced, but we only wished the chicken filet was a little thicker. For 2 chicken sandwich combos with 20oz drinks it was a little over $17.
