The best part about this place is the food! Other than that, this restaurant needs a review from the corporate office. The app needs to be reevaluated because the wait time is never accurate. The store front has a screen on the wall that displays whose orders are being prepared however, the status of the order does not change. Good food IS worth the wait however, the customers should be given a reasonable estimate on how long it will take to prepare the food. The ice machine was also broken as of when this review was written.

This was by far one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had. After calling to ensure there was no wait time I then placed my order and was given 66 min wait time. Usually Wingstop is good with delivering before time but when I arrived the order was no where to be found; not even made. Soon after this a group of teens snatch at least 6 bags. The staff began to circle around the register and gossip about it. While all of this was happening the manager on shift ensue there would be no compensation for the order not even being started. Bad business for sure

This review is really not about the wings themselves nothin much to say. there good, nothing to write home about just a good fill in when you don’t feel like cooking your own wings. This review is about those chicken thigh bites. I was not impressed at all. By the time I got past the breaded crust I was wondering where was the meat. Wasn’t much of it. On top of that they tasted like the chicken bites you can find in the freezer of your local food store or dollar general. Now maybe that’s an issue with just this location so still try them out and form your own opinion. But 3 stars is the best I can give at this time.

It was immediately after school not that many people inside and definitely not that many orders. There was a lady before me not sure how long she waited but she was offered a drink while she wait and her manager gave her the cup. The cashier then said ohhh are we giving those out? He then stated you want to see a smile right. Mean whole we are still waiting and it’s 27 mins later no food and not even offer us a a drink. We can pay for our own for sure!! We is the food!!!!!!!! 28 mins later!! Geesh never again! 4:44pm we received the food !!

Ate lunch here today and had the absolute pleasure to be served by customer service excellence D’Andre. When I say this man was ah-mazing, I really mean it. I done discovered a whole new menu at Wingstop!!! Please try the Voodoo fries with hot honey seasoning, also recommend by him!!! Someone give him a spot bonus or something! Friendy, fast and just all around pleasant. I may only Come when he’s working. Great hire, Wingstop.

This particular site has gone down. Depending on which manager is there depends on how the food is going to turn out. There’s one manager there that I always request to make my food. Not only is she very friendly, she also makes sure that she makes my food exactly the way I want. Now when she’s not there or does not make my food that is when they are always problems. Two of the biggest issues that I have with this place is that the food is overcooked and full of grease. The last few times I have bought
from there the boxes have been so full of grease that there was no way you could eat the wings. There was also no flavor whatsoever, and all the garlic parmesean was floating in the grease and on top of that overcooked like almost burnt . This of course makes it hard to transport your food alone when there’s grease spilling out of the Box and because they don’t drain drain the food and also just put hot food in these thin boxes and melts and then ends up coming through the bag then you’ve got not only grease all at the bottom of the carton you’ve also got grease in the bag luckily the bags are pretty thick but even all that grease soaks through the bags. The only upside is that the managers are quick to offer to remake the food. At most all I can say is stop overcooking the food and actually drain the food before putting it into the boxes.

Went in there not too long ago and received very poor customer service. I don’t know who the kid is in the ftin with the curly hair but they had an attitude. My name came up in the screen, and the lady right in front of the counter even said they called my name, the kid was real nasty and said well I said it’s not ready. I’m like hold up it says ready right on the screen with the check mark in green at the store and this kids stands there well it’s not ready I don’t know what to tell you. So I guess y’all screen that displays orders and y’alls customer service are both broken. Please don’t let children run the front of the house because this is what happens.
