I stopped by and got the “bigger plate” which included three entrees. Went half and half on the fried rice and fried rice noodles. My go to entree is the honey walmut shrimp. That took care of my honey walnut craving. I also tried out their crispy chili shrimp. It was very dry and lacked flavor. I also got the tofu and eggplant which was served is a separate smaller box. This vegetarian entree was good. The service here is great. People behind the counter are friendly. Ample seating space. Parking is hard to get as the lot was full when I arrived for dinner. This is not a new issue for Hawaii. I parked on the street and walked a bit to the restaurant. Overall, good dining experience.

I had an incredible experience at this Panda Express today that I feel truly grateful for. I accidentally left my jacket in the restaurant, and by the time I realized and came back, the staff and manager were extremely kind and helpful. They immediately assisted me in checking the security footage and discovered that my jacket had been taken by a homeless individual who they would not disclose directly to me.
To my surprise, when I went outside and found the person, the manager personally came out to help me and was able to calmly and respectfully assist in getting my jacket back. I was so touched by their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer.
Thank you so much to the entire team, for turning a stressful situation into a reminder that good people are out there. Your kindness meant a lot!

Wed20250924 #PandaExpress Mahalo for an excellent yum yum vegeterian meal! The tofu with the eggplant was very tasty. the eating space and bathrooms were clean and the ambience was agreeable. The service was kind and efficient. Thank u for the extra fortune cookie

My ONLY PROBLEM is they put so little bit starch !
The entrees are soooooo flavorful and saucy so I feel like it only makes sense to balance it with the starch . However, they put such tiny portions of rice/noodles that I always find myself having so many leftover entree with no starch to eat it with 🙁

Update 10/27: You say you’re open until 10:30 PM everyday. I come on a Sunday at 10 PM. You tell me at the drive thru that you’re closed. Your sign right above the speaker even says you’re OPEN UNTIL 10:30 PM EVERYDAY. You say it’s because it’s Sunday…. FALSE ADVERTISING!
Update 10/1/24: Do better. These are shiesty portions…and look at the noodles–clearly whatever is left instead of making a new batch and serving it with it….
Now been here more than 3 dozen times since my original review and it’s getting worse….

Been here about a dozen times in two months lately, all through the drive thru, all times of the day.
Bottom line, the prices have gone up, the portions have shrunk, and the service through drive thru has become more and more aggressive/ with attitude, especially when they’re the ones who get your order wrong because they didn’t read the notes on the online order, etc
You’re better off going to the other Panda Express, by the Home Depot and Starbucks, even if you have to walk in.

The food was clean and fresh, and the service was commendable. However, parking was somewhat limited during my visit. With more ample parking, this experience would easily merit a full five stars.

Picked up the catering pack from here through an online order. I was more than pleased that my food was just cooked and very hot. The servings were just right. Per website, a pack had about 12 servings. My family had more than enough leftovers to then take home.
When I got there, the cooks were still making my food — orange and mushroom chicken. I was greeted right away by a woman, much older than me, who addressed me “manang.” Also offered me a free drink while I waited and then carried my entire order to my car when it was ready. Very friendly evening staff!

I’m happy that my first Panda Express experience was at this location! Especially considering the area that it’s in- the restaurant is VERY clean and comfortable! Food tasted very yummy + surprisingly fresh. Everything was just so much more organized, clean, etc. than I had anticipated! Am planning on frequenting this location.
