I should have trusted the 1 star reviews and stayed away. Semi crispy, mostly soggy wings. Cold soggy chicken wing skin is not really tasty. Probably the last time I’ll order from this place.

I saw the special 20 wings for$20 online and was soo excited. Only to arrive to cold dry wings, due tonthe fact that I was on lunch break I had no time to waste. So that left me to eat or try to eat mumified chicken. Powdery and dry. This was a 20 meal that should not have been given very disappointed, not recommended that location to my company any more.

Made an online order today at 4:18 said it would be done by 4:32-4:40. Arrived at 4:30 checked in and waited for 40 minutes to get my food. When I got to my house my 8 count honey hot rub was indeed not honey hot rub… I don’t normally complain but at this point this is ridiculous how can you take almost hour to make a order only to give me the incorrect order. I didn’t want to drive another 20 minutes to get a refund so I just took the loss.

Gross gross gross! Wingstop has been terrible the past 3 times I’ve gone. Only a smear of sauce for regular wings, tiny and all-bread boneless wings that are so hard you can’t eat them, and burnt fries cooked in old oil. I spent $50 on 2 meals and a 10-piece chicken jerky. It’s so bad now, just go somewhere else.

This review starts while I was on a food delivery contract. As I walked into the front door, the sales associate was hunched over the counter and looking at her phone. She looked at me and turned her back on me and went to look at the wings.
The only reason this place has a 2 star review is because a young lady who was sitting behind me on a bench asked if I had been helped with a confused look on her face. I stated no and got the order for the customer and was on my way.

Today is 12/10/24 around 5 PM and I ordered their special “Game Time Flavor” bundle which comes with 25 boneless wing and two large sides which are fries and corn. 1. The wings were poorly tossed in sauce so most of my wings have little to no sauce on them. 2. I figured based off the picture on the website the wings would be placed in different boxes but all of mine were cramped into one box which caused once of the sauces to leak out and leak through the bag causing me to have to clean my seat. 3. They gave me 1 normal side of fries instead of a large and didn’t even bother to give me my side of corn.

I ordered a delivery, only got half of my food. Was told that in order to get a refund or a remake I had to come in person. I show up on person and then the order is wrong. Again. On top of that, no apology what so ever. The manager kept shooting me dirty looks, they acted like everything was my fault. First I order online and it was not ready on time and i was ready to wait. Second, me and my husband were waiting in front of the cashier for more than 30 min until I got up and ask how much longer for our order, apparently they put our order in the waiting rack knowing we were right in front of them the whole time , and the last drop was coming home with missing wings(order for 24 got home with 20)I know it is only 4 wings difference but I pay 39dollars and I want to get my hard earned money worth!
