!!!CALL CENTER ORDERING!!! Went to call and pay for a pizza for my mom and the trouble isn’t honestly worth it anymore. They screw up your order you gotta pay twice and wait twice. Gone are the days of decent friendly service. They absolutely DONT want to take your order at any level. The normal route failed and the lady at the store just didn’t seem to get that the call center forwarded me to her. It was supposed to be simple, crap weather, mom lives next door, I paid over the phone, simple right? Not anymore.

I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in five years and now I see why I haven’t let me say I work hard for my money just as well as everybody else and what I received was disappointing not just that I can’t believe a DoorDash person delivered my food off The Pizza Hut app if I wanted DoorDash, I would’ve used my DoorDash app. I will never be buying pizza from This location or any other Pizza Hut location very disappointing I have should’ve read all the reviews before I even ordered now here I am putting my own review up on the experience I had with this location

Careful they will bake long hairs into your food, and when you go to complain they will try to say “it was baked into the dough before it came” or “it came from your doordasher” no accountability and obviously disgusting practices from the employees.

Ordered pizza by phone for carry out. It was definitely ready quickly….but the pizza was not the best. Probably the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut especially for the $$ – almost tasted like a frozen pizza – hardly any sauce and pretty tasteless. Ordered 1 lg supreme; 1 lg veggie lovers & 1 med cheese – hand tossed. The cheese was prob the best. It’s been a couple yrs since we’ve gotten from Pizza Hut and will prob be another long while if ever.

3/24/25 This pizza hut is horrible! I try yo give them the benefit of doubt but wishful thinking. This is the second time I gotten home after ordering and picking up a pizza only to open up the box to realize a half cook pizza. After calling the store to let them know about it and they do not answer the phone. I bet they knew it was probably me calling to complain my first thought was to go back up there but against my better judgment good thing I didn’t. The only person I seen that gave me my pizza was a little huskie female but it was a guy who took my order over the phone. I would never order again from this location LWW Mishawaka! I would advise anyone else I know yo pass by this pizza hut also.

I don’t like editing or removing a positive review but this time it is extremely warranted. Ordered a pizza Monday evening via the app. The pizza itself was excellent as usual, and the associate who helped me was very friendly. But, I find I must draw the line here. Entering the store I felt something on the door. I figured it was maybe a little ice since it’s so cold out. Once I got inside my eyes wandered as they will when waiting for service. What I saw appalled me. There was a layer of grease and grime very thick on the cash station monitor. Seeing this I couldn’t get out of there fast enough, though on my way out the door I took a look and sure enough, a thick layer of greasy grime was right about where the majority of people would put a hand to open the door. That’s what I felt on the way in. The employees of that shop, and management as well, should be mortally ashamed of the disgusting state of their public areas.

This star is undeserved, “GM” Troy Hopper hung up on myself and an elderly resident multiple times. The driver claimed he left the residents $30 pizza at the front desk, ironically I work at the front desk and told the driver what apartment to deliver to. The driver walked down the hallway and came right back saying nothing to me. The resident who’s on a fixed income came to me concerned that he not only didn’t have dinner he also had been rudely treated by the manager. I called and explained what had happened he sharply told me “Mr Brian needs to order from somewhere else, the order is closed and there’s nothing to be done!” When I went to take him off of speaker phone to try to have a rational conversation he hung up. I called back and the phone just rang for 3-5 minutes. I finally got through again and asked for the GM’s name he hung up again. If you don’t have the ability to handle tough situations you shouldn’t be in any position of management let alone customer service. I hope someone higher than this person, can’t call him a gentleman because he doesn’t behave as such, realizes corrective actions need to be taken with him and the delivery person. Shameful how people treat the elderly and one another.

Snowy evening last night and we didn’t feel like cooking or going out. We hadn’t ordered pizza in a few years, but it sounded good. Ordered delivery and other than being on the expensive side, we had a great experience. Good tasting pizza and wings.
Pizza Hut must be using Door Dash instead of their own delivery drivers now, which worked well, but I used to know our delivery drivers and always enjoyed seeing a familiar face. I guess everything is changing these days, why not that.
