Horrible, I think I have found the worst Wingstop. My parents ordered some and they taste like nothing, dry, hard, and tossed in thick sauce but the sauce itself has no flavor. They were cold when we got them. Thumbs down. This place is a zero star rating.

The food is usually good here, but my most recent visit was ridiculous! I placed my order through the app, which says it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. It literally took 2 and a half hours to receive my food. Just unacceptably too long! On top of that, the worker that’s supposed to be calling out the order names was rude and not speaking loud enough, causing customers to wait even longer for their food! A customer was actually calling the names out for him. It was Wing Day, but whatever! Tell me the correct amount of time it will take for my order to be done and it wouldn’t have been an issue! 2 and a half hours man!!

Waited for over 1-1/2 hours! No communication they just let you sit there and wonder if your food might be next. Needs new management. Horrible service and lack of management. Even though I placed my order online, it took over two hours to complete. They were busy and 20 customers were waiting. During this time no one was asked if they want a drink for the wait or free fries or wings for the inconvenience. Total lack of management in crunch time and I will never order from this location again.

My order has never been ready on time at this location, but this third and final attempt to order here is the last. Last night, it was an absolute nightmare. After waiting for almost an hour and a half with no updates on when my order would be ready we left. The one employee who was left to manage the 10-15 people waiting in the lobby was given no help or support by what I assume was a manager in the back making orders but not leading the team.

I had a horrible experience at this location a few weeks ago. The general manager Cordi called me and was so apologetic for her previous managers mistake. (They got rid of her). She offered to remake my order at my convenience on her and honored that promise. The remake was made correctly and the manager, Nicole, that was there was helpful and fulfilled my order. She also read the order back to me upon giving it to me. The food was hot and correct when I got home. I hope this location continues to put their customers first and get back to serving great wings like they did tonight.

We love their wings. But if you place an order and they tell you 20 to 25 minutes. And you get there and there are 4 orders in front of yours. Plan on being there for another hour to an hour and a half. The store needs to get their act together or close the doors.
