I waited a long time for my order yesterday but i had no problem with it! The cashiers kept me company and talked to me the whole time and my food was very fresh!! They also gave me an extra wing LOL! Im getting more again tonight

Ordered from the wing stop website. Order was delivered to the wrong address. Spoke with the manager and was told they would contact the driver and have them pick up the food from the wrong address and redeliver. I told them I didn’t want them to do that because the food would be cold. Was placed on hold for 40 min when the manager stated that the food had been delivered to the right location in the first place. When I looked for the third time the food was magically there, cold, and disgusting. The fries were not seasoned. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Don’t order from here. They don’t care about quality or their customers.

This is the only Wingstop me and my family will go to all the other Wingstops cannot match up to this one. The service is great the food is greater and all around is a great experience. I recently ordered some food online and was disappointed with the service. I had to wait for more than an hour to receive my order after the online order said it was ready going to be ready. On top of that, when I finally got my food, it wasn’t what I had ordered. The chicken sandwich was different from what I was expecting, but the wings were decent. Would I come here again NO.

We ordered for take out and it was horrible. The chicken and fries were overcooked (hard as rocks) and over seasoned (beware if you have high blood pressure/ if you dont, you will) to the point they were not edible. They are not constant over various meals. When we tried to call and let them know there was a problem, no one would answer the phone. It was between 12pm – 1pm and was on hold for more than 15 mins before we gave up and decided it was not worth it. Not coming back here.

I spoke to the young lady that said she is the manager. Her name is Natalie to be clear! She allowed me to come in at 11:23pm and she told me that they were closed because they were short staffed. There was no other orders but a door dash that was already being made. I asked why she couldn’t take our order and she then said we don’t have the food! After leaving I seen a Pizza Hut worker come in and say he was picking up! Something wasn’t right but I let her have it because the cook looked at me as if she was not being honest. She then offered him her manager badge. I agreed he should take it! But whatever!

The fries are always over seasoned like their trying to kill you with high blood pressure. The chicken is always overcooked and hard. Like how hard is it to fry pieces of nuggets without over cooking, and they weren’t even busy. I am very dissatisfied, and this has happened more than once. Please retrain your staff on cooking and proper seasoning.
