My husband and I visit this location often. Normally, the food is great and thoroughly seasoned and fresh. A few weeks ago we came in and it was cringe. Fries were soft and old. The wings were not flavored well at all and our order was rushed, they didn’t even put the paper to catch the oil in each container. Our stomachs were not very happy by the end of the evening.

Food 4 star o ly due to remake. They made it right. We ordered on a busy Saturday night. So you know, you might get something off. But woth no hassle or haggle they made it right. Great on second time around.. Great food

I ordered a 30 piece bone in wings. I picked them up on time and drove 5 minutes to my house. When I opened the bag I saw regular hot wings that were dry. They were so old that the sauce had dried up. Now I understand why Wingstop has low ratings. Disgusted and hungry!

Great Wingstop to dine in. Food was prepared fast and hot. Not too busy for a Sunday night. The place does not smell dirty and it’s actually clean, starting with restrooms. Over all, I would recommend this location.

Good special for 16 boneless with and strips with fries. Very fresh and really like the mango habanero and Asian sauces. Follow up several visits after the first review, runs hot and cold on if the cover with sauce or not. June 2023, just picked up order and it was like they just left them unsauced. We look forward to some of the flavors but only if they are covered in sauce. May have to try some other places in town.

Ordered one side of fries and a ranch. It took 30 minutes for carry out. Will drive to the next town over next time for faster and better quality service. Absolutely ridiculous

I ordered my food online at 7:13pm, they said it was going to be about a 35-40 minute wait, so I waited until 7:55 to go in. I walk in and everyone is standing around the counter waiting for their food and I ask when mine will be ready. The girl at the front tells me about 10 minutes. I sit there for 50 minutes before I even get my food. At this point I am irritated and go home to eat. The drive to my house is 5 minutes and when I go to eat, the food is ice cold and my wings barely have sauce on them. If the food was hot to begin with, it wouldn’t be that cold in 5 minutes. You can also tell that the wings and fries were not fresh at all. It was absolutely ridiculous and the customer service wasn’t great either. Everyone there was waiting 45+ minutes for orders they placed an hour ago and the staff didn’t seem to care too much. They should’ve offered refunds or free food but they didn’t and stood around telling people 10 more minutes when they knew that was false. I am highly disappointed with this store and I will never go back. Every time I go, my food is never fresh, and after waiting so long for my food, I’ll take my services elsewhere.

1 star is generous. Dirty and unorganized location,high school looking kids working who are on their phone not paying attention to anything or anyone.

The worst,driest,and greasiest wings ever. They tasted like they’ve been dropped multiple times in oil.
They were drier than the Turkey served at National lampoons Christmas dinner. No amount of water could help those extremely dry redropped cold wings.

Got the new Cajun meal deal and it was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve had. It was very dry, barely no sauce and the bun was so hard I think it was expired Walmart buns fished out of the dumpster.

Also, it took 40 minutes to make a sandwich and fries.

This review doesn’t matter much since the owner or store manager doesn’t read or respond to them and try to rectify all the complaints. At the time of this review, this store has a rating of 2.9. I think that is a record low for Midlothian. The manger and company should be embarrassed.

Ordered pick up got the Oder home and noticed the order was messed up . I had the wrong flavor wings I took it all the way back to get a refund. I was told rudely with an attitude I was wrong that the flavor that was put in the wings was the correct flavor . I tasted the wing I’m I’m pretty sure bbq isn’t supposed to taste spicy . I will not be back I have had a lot of issues with the Midlothian location
