One of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee taking my order had AirPods in and kept saying “huh?” over and over like paying attention to customers was optional. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to place a simple order.
It’s honestly depressing how little effort went into basic customer service. If employees can’t even take an order without being distracted, it makes the whole place feel careless and unprofessional.

Significant delays, rude staff, or the quality of the not good (undercooked, barely any sauce on the wings, soggy fries). There is always something that makes me say I won’t come back here, months later I forget and return because the location is the most convenient for me.

Very poor customer service today. I was helped by an employee named Jose, and he was extremely rude and dismissive. His attitude made it seem like helping customers was an inconvenience. I always come to this wingstop beacuse I liked the service better then the one that’s closer to me but the last few months have just been trash its always the same 2 Edgars the first time I called at 11:50 to place a order and was on hold for almost 7 min when I hung up and called again he was rushing to take my order later I finally pick it up and he had mopped the floor and shut the system down like 30 min ahead of time and told me I cant pay with card beacuse they shut the system down and had to pay with cash if I would have know that and he would have told me that I would have brought it I had to wait like 5 or 6 more min for him to turn it back on and him and the other hispanic skinny guy were just laughing thinking it was funny another separate day I go and the same 2 guys just playing around laughing and giggling when I went in person to order just having a whole conversation while im trying to order not even about work but just about other things and they got my order wrong shocker I told him I wanted to pay extra for all flats and he dint even put it in the order and my extra sauce as well last and final time I went my wings were so overcooked and I was missing 1 and I dint want to go inside just to tell them to give me the one I was missing its just crazy you cant make this up I guess I rather at this point just go to one further for better service

On two different occasions I want to see the customer service was beyond amazing . Every time I receive my food it’s always hot and fresh it’s always right also one time my order was taken by mistake and customer service was able to help me ASAP every time the phone is answered or even when I go in person the service is always awesome definitely my number one spot to go to never have I had a problem going to this location.

This is by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE i have ever had at this wingstop. The girl in the front, has the best customer service. When she answered the phone, she greeted me and i can tell she wasnt forcing herself to be nice to customers. When my boyfriend got off for the food, he let me know that she even asked if we wanted light ice or alot, and honestly we never get asked . I have never experienced this at ANY wingstop. She is by far the best worker we have seen. We hope to see her again soon, and we hope there is more workers like her.
