The worse thing you can do, is have a Chef come in and have the knowledge to understand that NOTHING IN THIS ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT is clean…oil, food etc..only thing was clean was the mopped

I expected the customer service to be below average now let’s get to the chicken….
(see pic) those light spots are from the fact that you have one of two problems…maybe three or four…Freezer Burn, Undercooked or Just plain don’t give a damn or the oil is black as coffee back there…I absolutely did NOT taste one wing to find out….I wanted to LIVE to experience my trip in Dallas, not end up in the hospital….
People aren’t dumb, whoever the owner is, Sir or Ma’am. I would love nothing more than to help you out, and I hope this review does this…Because this is unruly, fresh off a flight, you’re surrounded by nice hotels and apts…so your demographic is there to be successful….to get food…you’re the only thing available and you can’t even meet the need of feeding people correctly?? It’s a hard NO for me…
I hate leaving bad reviews because as a Chef I want restaurants to thrive. But I’ve never ever want to be WORRIED about the food that I am picking up….

If just the BASICS of frying wings is a failure then we need to revisit why you have a restaurant…Keep collecting people hard earned money to “survive” another day of mediocre food…CHANGE YOUR OIL!!!!!!

I had a great experience ordering Wingstop from the Irving Blvd/Ervay St area in Dallas through DoorDash. My order arrived fresh, hot, and exactly how I requested it. The wings were perfectly sauced and crispy, and the fries were seasoned really well.
What really stood out was that everything was packaged neatly and correctly, which doesn’t always happen with delivery orders. The flavors were on point, and the portions were solid.

Wait is always probably 15 longer than quoted. You’ll often walk in and not see an employee for several minutes. The waiting area is home to sticky floors and dirty folding chairs. There’s no organized line, people just causally swarm the little table where they place food occasionally.
Wings are good, order is accurate for the most part.
Lots of strange characters, if you carry I would recommend you do so if you visit.

I had a great experience at this Wingstop location. The service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and really made me feel welcome. I spun a prize wheel, and I ended up winning free fries, which was a fun surprise!
The food was well-seasoned, hot, and absolutely delicious. Everything came out fresh, and the flavors were on point. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Edited Review: Ordered through UberEats for DinosaurPlayzGames and my food was great but fries a little bit too salty. Next time work on the amount of seasoning put on the fries ya’ll put a tiny bit too much they were hot but too salty .
Boneless wings were super good. I like THE BBQ but you did make this Dinosaur hungry for more wings and know who I can order dinosaur wings from. Next time I will order enough to feed a T-rex. You only fed a dakotaraptor with that 10pc wings. But I got the hunger of a T-rex so be prepared when I order 200 wings all my favorite flavors. The lemon pepper is my second choice but I ordered the BBQ wings and it was delicious will probably order again sometime within time. You did not however put napkins in the bag for a messy dinosaur like myself and one ketchup which is fine but the main thing I needed with my wings were the napkins. Other than that you did Excellent so I raise my review from a 4 out of five on how well you fed this hungry dinosaur to a 5 now. Just be ready when I order more from you Wingstop but my fries better not be too salty or I will come up there myself and Roar my mighty t-rex Roar at you and smack my tail on your building. I ordered 20 piece boneless wings 2 large fries and dipping sauces. Not only did it take 2 hours to get my food 5 of my wings were missing. When I called the store I was told they’d issue me a partial refund through gift card. Come over a month later I still haven’t received said gift card.

Come to pick up an order and they closed early multiple customers standing outside, coming to pick up orders and your employees have shut down the restaurant Another lady goes to the back signs an employee, and all she says is I’m refunding y’all‘s money Always standing next to disgusting and thinking trash cans quit being so cheap and order a dumpster. It looks disgusting and it smells disgusting as well.
