First, the bad. We ordered at 2pm on Super Bowl Sunday for a 5pm pickup. The food was not ready at 5:30, and there was no indication when my food was going to be ready. Wingstop should help prepare locations for this annual event and develop processes to make ordering more transparent. I do NOT believe that this was a location-specific issue. I think the craziness was due to the Wingstop computer system.
That being said, everyone at this location deserves massive recognition. The store was absolutely packed to the rafters for hours. People were impatient. Most customers were polite, but the wait was getting to them. I never saw any of the staff act anything other than professional as hell. So patient. It might have taken a long time for the food, but if it weren’t for the staff, it would have been an actual riot.

Update: Bianca. The manager actually tried to reach me last night after the chaos died down, and when I spoke to her this morning, she confirmed she refunded the full amount, gave us concession for the the trouble. They were not ready for the craziness of the Super Bowl Sunday crowd. The sad part is, people were cussing staff out. At no time should any employee be treated that way, so I’m going to have to give grace and revise it review to a positive one. Bianca made it right, that’s all I can ask for. ❤️

We have ordered pickup a few times now. Only one time the wings where very over cooked and hard to eat. Other times, no issues…Wings cooked well and seasoned great. No issues or missing items on orders. Good so far.

Everything about this location is a 10/10. I went to go pick up my family and my food for the night and even though everyone was busy I wasn’t waiting more than a minute to get serviced. From the front counter to the kitchen staff was amazing!!! Also Zamir helped me out with my orders and he was great!

OMG Good only giving four stars on the food means it was really good!!! I rarely get five stars keep that in mind I want to start by saying I have not ate Wingstop in probably 10 years I just stopped going… But the new Wingstop came in our neighborhood decided to try it today would it be good…Yes!!! I’ll start with the sides the fries were excellent and that Cajun corn on the cob is the bomb good next the chicken you get plenty of it… Tried four flavors… Oh Louisiana was yummy good with a kick garlic parmesan with yummy good too I tried the Hawaiian wings loved them as well somebody else wanted the buffalo wings they were good just not what I was in the mood for as for the wings some of them were really big and some of them were smaller but overall you got a lot of chicken I see people posting pictures of tiny chicken but we did not receive that so I’m not sure there I added a couple pictures of what we had left when we were done as you can see they’re not tiny these are the boneless ones I can definitely say I’m glad that Wingstop came into our town… LOL I see Super Bowl food and I’ll tell you why there right next door to Domino’s… Order a couple of pizzas from Domino’s… Order your chicken feast from WingStop… Pick those up bring them home throw out a bag of chips and instant Super Bowl party looks like we are good to go for the Super Bowl kudos Wingstop great job today the food was excellent

I ordered a 3 piece tender hot original they lady in the front took my order correct I set down waiting on my food my name finally get called after 15 minutes which is fine get my order make it home boom tenders dry with seasoning I didn’t ask for so I got back in my car went back and let the cashier know this wasn’t correct so the black girl with the braids tell the cashier I made what you rung her up for the cashier get the receipt and shows her that she did ring my order up correctly long story short the black girl is rude and was mad that she messed up on her own mistake the front cashier is a great cashier I just asked for hot sauce cause I didn’t have time to be waiting

8/27/25 (3:20pm-ish) – Walk-In, picked up (2) 20pc boneless wings meals. The wings were cooked nicely and crunchy, very tasty wings. The reg fries were great. I like to thank the man for cooking the wings. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he facilitated my order while his teammate was busy with other customers and was very professional. Thank you to the chef! Awesome job!
