Not only was my order taken quickly and accurately, but Leslie made sure everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how I requested it. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, but Leslie clearly cares about customer satisfaction. She double-checked my order, made helpful recommendations, and kept a positive attitude the entire time — even while handling a busy rush.

Despite the previous reviews i took a chance on this location and was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! Alenamarie was very nice and welcoming, she had no problems taking my order. The food was hot and fresh and she even asked me to verify my order was correct before leaving. I understand some people’s views like “They should know my order because its on the screen” but in all honesty it took less than a minute to make sure all was good.

I see why the reviews are so shitty.. It’s the closest one to me, so I figured I’d give them a shot. Worst idea ever. My fries were on point but very small serving for what should’ve been a family size. They did season the hell out of them though. The wings were completely horrible. They were cold, chewy, and completely the wrong flavor. I can’t even tell you what they were, but it wasn’t anything close to what I asked for. If I wasn’t so far from work, I would’ve thrown it at them. It was supposed to be spicy lemon pepper and hot honey rub. It looks like hot sauce with random herbs sprinkled on them, and the lemon ones had no lemon flavor and they were swimming in oil and had the same herb seasoning. Again, don’t know what the flavor was supposed to be, but it was garbage. Tried eating it anyways, but threw it away. Would love my money back plus some for the complete waste of time and gas.. THE most horrible experience when it comes to any wingstop. Do not recommend at all

Juana takes my order everytime I come to this wingstop. Her and her team are very welcoming everytime I come this store. They are very polite and my food is always well done. I highly recommend the community to chose this wingstop if there in mesquite!!!

Omg this used to be the worst wingstop now because of JUANA I will be back more often, catering to all my needs , smiled the entire time even up selling to me making sure knew about any new flavor , I had plastic ware straw ketchup. I have been in a cold war with these people for over a month to get a FIFTY DOLLAR refund. I was helped by a nice woman at first when she was getting my info but as I got sent to one of the managers of this store, it has been ignored phone calls and text messages. First, the cashier that took my order completely messed up my refund from the jump by taking my receipt from me. Then once i called to report my refund and get info, they really tried to talk me out of the refund option and just tried to remake my meal for me, that’s not what I wanted. With It being 50 bucks, I want my money back! Second, I started talking with this manager on November 19th. I gave it the 2 weeks I was told to wait so they could go through cameras?? I even gave a description of what I was wearing THAT THEY ASKED FOR. Then i texted this man 7 different times asking fro updates. With all that, I still got not kinds of updates. This is entirely unprofessional and taking a ridiculous amount of time. Do not go to this place and if you good god don’t return it because you’ll get stupid silence.
