We ordered a 50-piece, expecting the wings to be good and flavorful – ordered garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, and Cowboy lemon hot. The wings were very bland and full of oil. It seems as though they just dumped them into the containers from the fryer and put a little seasoning. They initially forgot the chicken sandwich I ordered so I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes on it. I’ve had better from other Wingstops. We won’t be visiting again.

Manager on duty last night was amazing! He was SWAMPED with huge party orders and was still friendly and kept apologizing for the wait time and even gave my kiddos a brownie for the wait. Food was fresh and delicious and bathrooms were clean. Best wingstop we’ve been to!

I came in with my family to get some dinner I had ordered like I always do in any other wing stop. Soon after I finished ordering they told me it would take 30 to 50 min with my order. Time passed and the employees seem to be distracted talking to a friend im assuming not paying attention to the orders they had people waiting for them in the front as well maybe if they would have been more worried about the order I wouldn’t have received my food cold.My wings looked horrible as if they only placed the chicken & poured the sauce on top (extra extra almost flooding with sauce).The fries tasted overcooked and salty. I wouldn’t have cared if my food was hot but this is unacceptable. They need better working ethics , customer service & clearly training.Not even worth paying for. Coming from someone who’s worked in fast food before, this is very disappointing.If they keep that up they will definitely loose customers.

My wings were literally so bad that I fed them to my dog and I went to Chick-fil-A. They were very very small. Basically chicken nuggets. They had no meat whatsoever. A complete waste of money. I will never be back to Wingstop.

Unfortunately every time we’ve come here has been a disappointment. This time we placed an online order and went inside to wait. There was only one other table in the restaurant. First they couldn’t find our order. Then finally said it was almost ready. After about 20 minutes we checked on the order and they said just a bit longer. Finally went back up again and supposedly they called our name and we never came to get our order so who knows how long it had been sitting but it must have been a while because our fries weee disgustingly soggy and lukewarm. After 3 tries with similar problems we won’t be coming back.

I used to work at a WingStop for 3 years in college. I know how it should operate. I love their wings and could eat them everyday. BUT not at the Ennis location. It is poorly managed and the food is not up to par. I have given this location several chances as I love WingStop and it is the closest one to me, but they just keep disappointing me. The fries the past few times I have gone have been soggy grease pockets that look burnt. The soda machine is never working properly and if you tell someone, they just shrug it off or lie and say it is out….the odds of it being out every time I go are slim to none…I go at least once a month or more, but unfortunately I will not be returning for a while… hopefully when I do, these issues will be resolved.

So today was a great day here at Wingstop. There was a easy mistake that happened where my order was mistakenly made for bone in when I ordered boneless. And the general manager took care of it with no hesitation. In fact he even threw in some fried Cajun corn that I’ve never tried but was amazingly good. He is definitely professional and a great people person. I definitely will be back here to eat as it felt welcoming and my food was made perfect. So whoever is his boss I hope you see this review and notice you have a great employee. And also the ladies cooking the food was very apologetic and nice about all of it.

I came in to pick up my online order, I was told it was almost ready. I had to ask for my cups for my drinks I already paid for then went to fill my drinks only to taste horrible soda, I tried multiple flavors from the soda machine and they were all bad then I wait 15 -20 minutes more before asking if my order is ready…again just to find out it had been ready and they never called my name out to pick it up from the counter on top of that it was missing all my dipping sauces in the bag! Horrible service and management. Please do something about this. This is not how other Wing Stops operate in any other location I’ve been to.
