I was working doordash throughout the day and when I came to pick up an order it was fairly busy and there was a nice lady in the front who gave me a drink while I waited which was already 10/10 service in my opinion. After I finished working I decided to come back and get my own food, and the food was great. They separated the spicy wings from the regular ones which is HUGE, they generously gave us a few extra boneless wings without even asking, and some of the wing sizes were crazy big like mini chicken tenders. Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience here. It gets super busy from time to time and you will have to wait but you can see their team is always hard at work preparing your food fresh, so makes it all the worth it.

Also ordered the same time as another couple and they received there 30 wings about 8 minutes after ordering. As someone whom has worked fast food at Applebee’s. First time ever eating at a wing-stop and my mother and I didnt have such good service or good wings. We ordered and paid then the girl gave us our cups an then told us there was no ice. We asked if the drinks were still cold an she said that other people have still getting there drinks. Even thou that didnt really anser my question I just said okay and got me a coke. It was so flat I had to get something different. The wings were so tough we couldnt eat them. (The Sauce flavor and the fries tasted great!) I went to the bathroom to wash my hands after eating i soap all over my hands an then there was no water! So that’s how our first time at a wing-stop went! ♀️

Ordered DoorDash for an easy dinner kind of night. Spent a little over $100 with fees and tip. No worries 🙂 dasher messaged and said it was going to be a bit of a wait. Once again no worries, we’d rather wait for fresh food anyways. I guess the dasher had an issue with the location. The Cajun fried corn was cooked past the point of incineration. Poor things were literally cremated. I did call and speak with the manager, and his resolution was “if you had a car we could fix it for you. But since you door dashed I’m assuming you can’t make it up here, request a credit through DoorDash.” Sir, that was wild way to handle a guest’s concern. And please don’t assume that everyone who uses DoorDash is vehicle-less… I just already had on my Jammies lol 4 stars for the chicken, 0 stars for my corn that could qualify for its own urn and eulogy, and 2 stars for the manager who assumed I had to use my lemon pepper steppers to get from point A to point B.

My wife and I love Wingstop but the most recent order we made was not up to par like it usual is. The chicken was unevenly seasoned/sauced and the fries were very salty. Not a balanced flavor profile and we have received better service from not just wingstop but other fast food places at a much better price. We are disappointed this time. Hopefully, the next time we go, our order will be right.

I’ve been to this location about a dozen times and it’s always been great. They keep the store very clean, the service is always great, and the food is hot and fresh. I’ve been a couple of times when they are very busy and they warn me that the wait time is long, but even then, it’s come out faster than their estimate. Do allow a little more time than most fast food, but this store is far faster than most other Wingstop locations I’ve been to. My schedule tends to be later than most people, so the late hours are highly appreciated too.

The staff demonstrated remarkable efficiency, handling the supper rush with ease. The cashiers, in particular, showcased excellent customer service skills, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor despite the high volume of customers.
I was pleased to find that the quality of the food remained consistently high, even during a busy period. I would highly recommend Wingstop and look forward to returning in the future.
