Let me start by saying that I do Wing Stop a lot and this was the best Location and Customer Service hands-down! I live in Arizona and the fries are usually brown and soggy not at this location. They were crispy fresh and seasoned perfectly. Jada was the person that took my order. Excellent customer service skills. She made sure to make me feel welcomed. I had the chicken sandwich combo. My food was on point. The chicken sandwich was not over cooked and the bun was fresh. Great customer experience which is hard to come by these days. Jada needs to give a customer service class to other Wing Stop locations!

PLEASE READ…
I was given a wrong order, and I did not see it until I got home after a 14 minute drive. I called to let them know ahead of time the order was wrong but they never picked up the phone, I was onhold for over 20 minutes. I drive back and tell yhem the order was wrong and instead of DOING WHAT IS RIGHT and making our order ASAP for the inconvenience, they make us wait until they prepare all the orders ahead of us.
Mind you that is so inconsiderate, making me spend over 1 hour of our lifetime, the drive here back home then here again and then back home….

I am leaving this review to document an ongoing pattern of incorrect and missing orders from this Wingstop location. This is not an isolated incident—it has been happening consistently for over a year.
Below are just some of the affected orders:
• 2/25 — Order #7031967037 — $51.39 — Incorrect
• 2/4 — Order #9906987993 — $12.79 — Never received
• 2/4 — Order #3594667125 — $49.99 — Incorrect
• 10/18 — Order #7862810767 — $62.81 — Incorrect
• 8/17 — Order #6451267833 — $71.17 — Incorrect
• 7/29 — Order #3999183014 — $48.60 — Incorrect
Each time, managers promise to resolve the issue or note it for future orders, but there is never any follow-through. Most recently, even after calling ahead to confirm, we were still missing items from a family pack. I was told I would receive a call back from the manager on duty, which never happened.
We love Wingstop, but I have a family of six, and when I spend this amount of money, the order needs to be complete and accurate. Due to the repeated mistakes and lack of accountability, this will be my last time ordering from this location.

I’m truly blown away by my meal I received on 12/9/25. Whoever was working the kitchen was WORKING the kitchen. My fries? Wonderfully crispy and seasoned to perfection. My wings? Lemon peppered to the gods. Please give these employees an obese Christmas bonus. They deserve it.

Wings were good, Buffalo loaded fries were good, plain fries were okay. The plain fries had a garlic seasoning that I wasn’t big on but with ketchup you couldn’t taste the garlic. The flavors of wings we tried were Hawaiian, Garlic Parm, Mild, & Spicy Korean. All were good, the mild were one of the best mild flavored wings I’ve had.

The food is good, and the prices are mostly fair. I just needed to complain somewhere that the survey they ask you to complete in exchange for free fries gives you a code to use online, but the code didn’t work for me. It ended up being a waste of my time. Also, the sauces are $1.30 even with a combo. A medium-sized cup of ranch being $1.30 is crazy. If you order in person, they don’t typically mention that it’s an upcharge, let alone another $1.30.

The food is what it’s supposed to be wingstop food right, but it’s frustrating when I ask for hot honey flavor and well where’s the flavor those are dang plain!! Not to mention I didn’t ask for plain corn either, where’s the seasoning where’s the flavor that’s why I come to wingstop because they season their food but this is a constant issue particularly at this location either no seasoning at all or to much there’s no happy medium but I’ll leave this here for you all to decide.

This is a good choice for a swift dinner option when you just don’t have time to cook…The seasonings on the wings are hit and miss here… Sometimes the flavors are spot on and other times it’s way too much… The customer service can be a bit unprofessional… The chicken is good and the sides are decent… Depending what day it is, it might be worth looking into any specials that might be going on at that time… Good wings at a fair price…
