Dunkin’ really has fallen in quality over the years, but this location takes the cake. Every time I order food here it is either burnt or cold, no exceptions. I am only giving it two stars, because the staff is nice.

Went through the drive through at 5:40 am this morning. We were traveling from NH back to upstate NY. Asked if they would put the coffee from the cup into my Yeti and was denied. When we got to the window 2 different medium coffees were ordered, she passed one and I asked which one she had in her hand. Please keep in mind it was still dark. Her response was they were labeled! When we opened the bag with the 3 Boston cream donuts, they were not fresh and they were all crammed together. What a mess we had. Extremely disappointed with our experience.

When it’s made right it’s pretty good. A majority of the time however it’s made wrong. I do a mobile order and they mess it up every time. I try to get someone to fix it and everybody ignores you until you make them acknowledge you and then they’re inconvenienced by you because they messed up on your order. I wouldn’t care if I didn’t pay extra for the things that they failed to add to my order. Attention to detail goes along way, so does customer service

I am not big on Dunkin Donuts anymore because I have had so much of the food and coffee over the decades. I went because I received a gift card for Christmas. I ordered the veggie egg white sandwich with cheese and coffee and I liked it. The restaurant was spacious with quite a few chairs. Place was clean. I know this establishment is usually busy, but, it was clean. Friendly service. Wifi available.

My first time to this dunkins and possibly my last at this one, we wanted to order Sabrina’s new refresher that said on the order screen in a big display the lady said she didn’t know what that was and asked US what went in them? Like you work there? Mostly rude attitude as we tried to change our minds with a different refresher snd she yelled “HOLD ON” plus no decaf iced coffee? I work for a food industry and myself have never seen service this bad before. But in the end after 10 mins of waiting in thr drive thru we managed to get them

Went in to quickly get a pound of coffee and staff not only didn’t greet me, there were 4 people behind the counter, and after listening to an older woman scream at the staff, she finally acknowledged my presence, after several minutes. Horrible customer service

It was one of my fav Dunkin’ near I work but last Thursday 06/26/25 employee forgot to gave me credit card back and i forgot too because i was hurry, I’m trying to call , call , call and call and nobody answer the phone or they just cancel the call . ( i live a hour away where is Dunkin local and my job located
