The employees at this location decided I was unwelcome because I’m a trans person and they were extremely rude to me.
I was doing deliveries and had to pick up an order at this location. The first time I went in, they were very polite and even addressed me as Ma’am.
I left and just before I turned onto the main road I recieved a second order from the same location.
When I returned they were not so polite, as if me showing up again was already too much to ask of them. This time when I recieved the order, the employee put an emphasis on sarcastically saying “Thank you sir” As he rolled his eyes.
I generally don’t get upset when people call me sir if they just don’t know or haven’t met me, but the sheer rudeness of this child’s behavior is unacceptable.
I asked him “why do you have to be like that after you were nice before?” then he said “sorry I didn’t know” with absolutely no sincerity. He knew exactly what he was doing.. I asked for his name, he would not give it, and walked away. He said something while walking back through the kitchen and then the other employees cooking started to chime in with laughter.
I tried to get a photo of them and they all yelled at me to leave and laughed when I started crying. I was in tears because I felt unsafe and was unsure how to handle the situation when it felt like everyone in the store was against me.
Someone claiming to be the manager came up and had the same sarcastic attitude when he was asking me “what’s wrong?” I explained to him what happened but he just stood there and didn’t say anything. So I called support for the delivery service I drive for to make sure I don’t ever deliver for this store ever again.
Leaving this review because I will be doing everything I can to have this known about by everyone I know, and to get it reported to whoever is in charge of this store and it’s awful employees.
Hands down the most unwelcoming experience I have EVER had at any restaurant. I will never be eating at a Wingstop. Not ever.
Not a single employee spoke up or tried to stop it, they all just joined in on bullying me and mocking me. I am absolutely disgusted by their behavior in every way and the fact not a single one of them thought they would get in any kind of trouble for treating me with so much hate needs to change.
After I greeted them with nothing but kindness and a smile, they showed me nothing but cruelty. I never even acted rudely towards them in return, I was just in shock and disbelief that it was even happening, and by every single employee in the store no less.
I took the photos and then left. On my way out they continued mocking me.. At no time during any of this did I ever snap back or say a single word in retaliation to their behavior.
Photos attached to this review include all the workers involved with this incident. The one that is turned around and would not show his face was the one that initiated the hostile behavior towards me and further encouraged it among the other workers.

I eat wingstop way more than i probably should lol, but unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience with this specific location. The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here, I’ve gotten all drums (who wants all drums..). Almost every time i order, something’s messed up or missing. Please fix these issues

Ordered a 15 peice 3 different flavors 1 person wanted spice the other 2 people didn’t. Itvalso came with a large fry and wr order and extra medium fry. We pick up our order abf they put all 3 flavors of wings in 1 bkx and only gave 1 person 4 wings. And both frys were mediums and both only half full and cold and soggy. Never go to this place

Ordered DoorDash but regardless, the bag came sealed. So WingStop failed to include a large cheese fry and a large fry, along with the pickle on the chicken sandwich. How does that happen? Read the order, but the food in the bag. Make sure it’s all in there before sealing the bag. Easy right? Guess not. No wonder your reviews are a 2!! Get your shiz together.

I placed my order for delivery and was told it would be at my door around 6:45-6:59. I didn’t get my order until 7:50! My order was placed at 6:25 so i had to wait over an hour for my food. By the time I got it my food was cold. There was no contact from the store letting me know it would be late. My doordash guy was great though! I will not be ordering from this location again. Just a waste of money and my time.

Well, when I walked in half the staff was in the back sitting, 4-5 customers were waiting, there were online orders building up but still 30 minutes later… and order still not ready; they just weren’t very willing to be helpful. Wingstop has good food but needs better customer service. I worked in the restaurant service industry for over 35 years so bad service is not good. Sorry, maybe try harder.

Love paying extra for classic bone-in wings just to get home and see i got served some sauced up chicken nuggets! i do NOT like boneless and was not happy to see that’s all i got. i don’t even eat Wingstop that often and the few times i do there’s ALWAYS a problem with my order!! I even tried calling up there to see if I could talk to someone about the incorrect order and ofc NOBODY PICKS UP! I waited for 15 minutes before i finally just ate the dang nuggets. This will be my LAST time ordering Wingstop and best believe i will be up there in the morning for a REFUND!

You pay your money wait the time and receive you order. It’s packaged nicely and sealed tight like it is all there.
You get home to ready to enjoy your meal and realize they only gave you enough fries for one person. So, you give the fries to your kid and do without, after spending more and getting less.
This is the experience. A single side of fries for 30 wings. Thank you Wingstop!

Called in 2x other times. Service was terrible. Food was worse. Undercooked and slimy even though I asked for extra crispy.

Customer service and food was terrible!! My husband and I walked in the other day, mind you we have been talking about Wingstop for awhile now, we went to Yukon new location thinking it was gonna be good and the food was terrible, the wings tasted like they have been sitting out for awhile, when we first tried to order one of the employees acted like he was gonna take my order and called for his other coworker to take our order cause he didn’t wanna deal with us, I got racist vibes there especially when I had to walk back in and get my sauce one of the employees said something under there breath and tried to be funny about it, I highly do not recommend EVER going to this location, this is a disgrace the Wingstop chain. This makes me not even wanna go back period! We where treated terribly!
