Big Apple Bagels has plenty of fresh bagels, variety, great schmears(cream cheeses) and other options.
The bagels are not quite as big as they were a decade ago, but what hasn’t undergone some level of shrinkage, right?
Still a great breakfast stop and a great place to get a bagel or dozen.
Update 5/30/24: I had the Northern Omelet Breakfast Sandwich. Not good. Sausage was bland, so we’re scrambled eggs. Not a very good Sandwich at all. Sorry but an Egg, sausage & Cheese McMuffin at McDs is better. Looks good – but lack of flavor.

They have many breakfast or lunch bagel options to choose from. Their mini cranberry muffins are a definite must.
Saw a bit of an attitude from who I believe was the manager. The elderly woman didn’t want the cream cheese on the bagel and maybe she said it after it was done however the bag was thrown on the counter as he was going to make a new order. I know it can get frustrating but these are your customers and without them your business will be nothing. The husband even said he would scape it off since he noticed the attitude. Customers always come first. Besides that episode everything was good.

Excellent place to eat. Open early for breakfast (Daily 6:30a-3p). Great selection of bagels & sandwiches. I come here often, never dissatisfied. New owners are friendly and involved. They are doing a great job on the remodel. The senior staff is friendly and welcoming. Get there early, the bagels go quickly!

I absolutely LOVE Big Apple Bagels in Grafton…but this one is a disgrace to the franchise. The bagel size is significantly smaller than the ones in Grafton…the cream cheese is not as creamy as Grafton…the selection of bagels is pathetic…at 10am a bunch of bagels were out and the staff said they will only make more for a big order…it was 10 in the morning…lots more business time left…Grafton is always plentiful. At Grafton there are at lease 5 coffee selections…here there is only 3 one being decaf. There were no patrons in the place where at Grafton there are always patrons which shows that they do good business. And to top it off…I spend way less money at Grafton and get more food than here. I am so disappointed…any good bagel suggestions in the milwaukee area I will take because I will never go back to this Big Apple Bagels.

I ordered the nova lox bagel yesterday. It was so delicious. Everything was very fresh and they used a generous amount of salmon. I ate in the restaurant which was impeccably clean and the service was very friendly.

Big Apple Bagels has been at this location for longer than I can remember which is a testament to how good their bagels are. A lot of businesses in this strip mall don’t last a terribly long time, but BABs has been there forever.
They have at least 20 different types of bagels every day and at least 10 different spreads to go on them. The combinations are endless. They also have a variety of fresh muffins, and they can make breakfast sandwiches as well. The amount of cream cheese they put on your bagel is EXTREMELY generous, and I’ve never found myself wishing I had more.
The prices are cheaper than most other bagel places in town and their bagels are bigger and softer as well. Big Apple Bagels is a local business that I’m MORE than happy to patronize on a regular basis, and you should too!

Last time. This is a picture of what “no egg” will get you. This may seem trivial, but I had to explain my order at least four times and it was still incorrect. also, bagel with egg, ham, and cheese, bagel with inadvertent egg, bacon, cheese, and a plain bagel with cream cheese = $12.00.

I went with my friends and ordered a swiss melt, bagel with creame cheese and a coffee. Must say swiss melt for amazing in taste. Also Bagel was very soft. Coffee was also great. I had a wonderful time with my friends. I recommend this restaurant.
