Please dont spend your hard earned money here. We ordered WingStop on Super Bowl Sunday for a gathering we had, We didnt receive more than half of our order which was almost 75.00. When I asked about this , I was told my only option was to receive a refund . ( Didnt help the hungry people I had at my house ) I have yet to receive any refund what so -ever . Paid in full for food we didnt receive . The food we did receice was terrible, we ended up throwing it in the trash can. So many other options for wings, Dont hesitate to go elsewhere you wont regret it.

As a frequent customer and Dasher, I was disappointed by the manager’s behavior towards me and another Dasher. One instance that stood out was when Josh questioned a fellow Dasher about using a promotion, implying that they were not welcome to take advantage of the offer. I also experienced similar treatment, with Josh making comments about my use of incentives and implying that I was not welcome in the store.

Furthermore, I have received incorrect orders on multiple occasions, including raw chicken that could have caused foodborne illness. I believe that the manager’s behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.

As a customer and Dasher, I value being treated with respect and professionalism. I plan to escalate this issue by contacting the Better Business Bureau and leaving reviews on multiple platforms. I hope that the company will take steps to address these issues and provide better training for its managers.

I would advise others to be aware of the service they may receive at this location and to consider alternative options. If you’re a Dasher or customer looking for a positive experience, you may want to consider visiting the Bentonville location, which I have found to be well-managed and customer-friendly.”

Came to the city for business and I was trying to place an order online before I left the airport, the Uber app was not allowing me to place an order. I tried 15 times through Uber then I tried DoorDash same issue then I tried to go to their website same issue. I called their phone number. I couldn’t get anyone to answer. It had been an hour later and I had pulled up to my hotel and decided that I would just go over to the location to purchase. I was the only one in the facility the man that took my order, started prepping my meal with no gloves on and not washing his hands after taking me at the register. My fries were cold. My wings were cold. I spent $22 on food that was ready for me only five minutes of me ordering the worker did not drop any new food for my order he didn’t seem to care about the freshness of my meal. I was too tired from my flight to go anywhere else at that time

It was so nasty in there we went and all of the tables were covered in crumbs and sauce there were only 2 workers we were the only 2 people in there besides whenever a doordasher would come in and we stood and waited for our order to be taken for about 10 or so minutes and there was maybe 3 orders on the screen. I was fine with the wait but you couldn’t even sit down in there everything was dirty. I won’t be coming back here especially after I’ve heard about the poor treatment of the employers due to the hiring manager I hope all of them leave and that guy finds a new job where he’s not hurting people and poorly running a business.

I made an order on door dash and I ate 1 piece of chicken it taste like a chemical or mix of dirty water . I walk in the store there sliding across the floor on the wet floor just lolly gagging around acting like I’ve been on the phone calling back to back since I sat down at work to eat this to make them aware I will be returning this now on the phone 20 minutes no answer .what if someone wanted to make an order they are missing out on money their declining business just lazy and sad . Unbelievable I used to work at Wingstop in 2019 so I know how it’s supposed to taste .

We went on a Friday and the food came out way too fast I was honestly disappointed because wing stop usually be popping but when you bring me my wings in 4 mins and then they all extra crispy like you just dropped them back in the fryer to warm them up ain’t the way to go quit trying to cut corners we all know it’s gonna be about an 18 min wait for wings just make them fresh it don’t matter if it’s Friday or Monday food quality is better than you trying to cut your ticket times down I’ve never had that happen only in Roger’s no good guys step it up
