I came here a few weeks ago, and there was a bigger guy who stood at the front. He was nice at first, but when we went home and came back after realizing we were missing a couple items he quickly assumed we were stealing. That’s when the manager came up and asked us what we were missing and immediately got us what we needed. I’ve came this location a couple times before and Mustafa has literally been an angel every single time. He definitely deserves that manager position aswell as a promotion. You can tell he clearly loves his job, and is holding the place together.

The restaurant is one of the best I’ve been to there all so kind and I’ll definitely will be back. The manager mustafa was a great helper and he made sure we were comfortable and he got out our order swiftly and accurately. I definitely recommend coming and talking with him. Wings tastes good but the fries are not of quality – it’s not that crispy and not warm. This restaurant is small and parking was scarce. The overall wait time almost an hour for to-go orders. The staff were nice and providing their best services. There are few tables inside for someone to sit and enjoy their delicious wings.

If I could do negative 5 stars I would. The worker Jessica did not put our order down right and when we had gotten home we realized that there were no fries, no veggies, no ranch, and the bag had a bunch of spilled sauce. We then called back to see what had happened with our order and if we could go back to to get our fries ranch and veggies, but they told us that we would have to have to pay for it once again.*said with attitude * Even though we payed 63.13 and that is the exact same amount for the 50 piece party too. Not to mention The mild wings that we ordered had no flavor and just tasted bland. This was a bad service experience.

I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in this Wingstop. The man working the cash register, actually seemed to be running the whole restaurant was the kindest man. If he isn’t manager he really should be. He was working to-gos, pickups, kitchen, and cash register. He was juggling all of this, during lunch, while still being so good with customers. His name was Alex and I’ll be looking forward to going back.

Staff excessively rude. Ignores you while standing there for a to go order. Late on to go orders past the time they say they will be. Last time I was in there a staff member had excessively long pink hair braids that were NOT pulled up in any way and she was swinging them around the food as she was preparing and walking around the food. Also touching here hair then touching the food.

I placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app tonight, and the order arrived incomplete. When I asked for the missing items to be delivered—just like the original order—I was told that wasn’t possible. The manager’s only solution was to issue a credit/refund for the missing item or have me drive to the restaurant to pick it up.
It’s unreasonable to order delivery and then be told to pick up what was missed. Between the inconsistent food quality and this disappointing customer service experience, I’m very dissatisfied.

I used to frequently eat here.. today was probably the last.. ordered extra seasoning on the fries, received none at all.. ordered 2 honey mustard, gave me both ranch… I ordered 10 Louisiana rub, 5 hot, and 5 garlic parmesan…. the 10 I’m assuming we’re supposed to be Louisiana rub had nothing on them.. then they gave me 3 hot, and 7 garlic parmesan? I showed up 10 minutes early to pick my order up, it was already complete, and all of it was ice cold. Yall are slacking hardddd.
