Good food and a clean store…just don’t expect any help from staff if your phone gets stolen in the restaurant! They can’t/won’t even look at the cameras and APD has even been stonewalled when they made footage requests.
I’ll amend this review if corporate gives APD the footage so they can catch who ran off with my phone.

Chicken was crazy dry. Looked like it had been grilled then fried-? Some of the pieces looked like there was metal flecks on them. Very tiny, but noticable. Asked a friend and they said it was possible it’s from the grill brush. I rarely complain about the food, but if I’m spending $25 dollars, I expect it to be better than this. The chicken seemed fresh but was crazy dry. People were nice at least, but for $25, it was not worth it. Will not be making that mistake again.

Ordered a 4 tender combo and got it and drove home. I didn’t check the order which is on me. It had 1 tender in it and the fries. The other tenders are missing. There wasn’t a receipt or anything in the bag. It’s ridiculous that a simple order can’t be made right.

Foods always been terrible, soggy even when ordered extra crispy. I always say don’t go back, took another chance and what do you know they stopped serving tender 2 hours before close. LFC used to be it but definitely not in this town.

Had the WORST chicken lunch of my life today! KFC on 1st, definitely failed me!
The only thing good was the large diet Pepsi. Chicken was cold and harder than a rock, like the day old leftover chicken you take out of your fridge! I ordered spicy chicken and for jipped and got 1 spicy and 1 original.
Tortilla was also days old and rock hard. So hard it broke my wrap apart and all the coleslaw fell out into the bag!!
Fries were crunchy but also moisture locked and stuck together,
NOT a good experience and no longer a fan!
KFC you failed me! Now I’m starving!

It was horrible we came in and they literally watched us as we stood there at the counter for about 7-10 minutes and they did not take our order at all I had to literally asked the guy can somebody take our order he sighed and showed his frustration while my kids were at the counter.There were like three people in drive through and nobody in the dining area but a man and his child waiting for his order And nobody was in line and they looked at us. The guy got a little attitude but took her order but seemed frustrated While we were waiting 4 our order a bunch of people came in and they took their order automatically. Then while we’re still waiting could hear talking about us This all being in front of my kids.Never go back there again.

Took forever, didn’t get my sauce, tenders were soggy, biscuit was shredded, & fries were cold. For a 20 minute wait in the drive through I expect to get hot food & what I ordered. Worst KFC I have ever visited. Will not go back.

Very impressed. We came in ordered, and sat down within minutes we had all of our food. There were only 3 workers and they were very busy with drive thru and the inside. When they finally had a moment they swept and wiped tables down. Great atmosphere!

So I didn’t get my correct order I was not going back through for the 3rd time. Then they said there was only 2 people working today still no reason to be rude. The girl in the drive through was so rude and they are letting there child make her own drinks at the window while we were waiting for our food I took pictures so I could post them to show corporate how things were going at this location. So girl in the drive through get a different job if you don’t like this one. And make sure your giving the right food to the right people.
