The food is pretty good they just like to forget your stuff a lot, And sometimes the food not even cooked all the way. Don’t even get me started on the service because they’re rude. They don’t care that you’re needing something. They’ll just sit there and play on their phones. And the place is just very trashy, unkept, and very unclean!!! I mean why is their hair balls all over the floor and all over the tables???

I waited 10 minutes only one ahead of me at the register. Cashier was waiting for someone to put a key in register. Asked her 3 times before she did it. One worker told another “we’re under staffed”. I counted 7 workers. Avoid unless you have a lot of time.

My food tonight at 9pm is horrible. The chicken is hard, dry, hard to eat, and was given a small fry instead of the large that was ordered. The employees themselves would not eat this crap, but because my husband worked all day and then volunteered helping at the church, he just ate what he could and now is sleeping.

We stopped here for a quick meal while traveling to Little Rock. The inside is small and there isn’t a lot of seating…mostly 2 seater tables, with some 4 seaters along the wall. There were 5 people in my party and we each ordered the 6 piece wing combo. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we realized we should have placed our order prior to getting there. When we finally got our order, I wasn’t clear on which wings were which. We had a total of 10 different wing flavors and they weren’t labeled. I asked the employee and she responded as if I should have just known. After some back and forth, she finally explained them all.
The lemon pepper flavored wings are the best in my opinion. Both the boneless and bone in wings were cooked to perfection. The fries were inconsistent, some orders were cooked perfectly and others were overcooked. Mine was overcooked and I had mostly hollow, greasy fries. The Cajun corn was a disappointment. They basically poured a ridiculous amount of Cajun seasoning on the corn before giving it to us. We ordered a half dozen of fresh baked rolls. They were warm, buttery and unfortunately lacked flavor. To me, they aren’t worth the cost of 89 cents per roll.

About 2 years ago …..I said I would never come back to the wingstop in PIne Bluff, But today I went back to give them another shot at it. Food was fast atmosphere was pleasant, they delivered food to my table , which was something new. I had a great experience; keep up the good work

It’s been the third time I went to Wingstop in a month and everytime it’s gotten worse when usually they hook you up. I went today and the fries were still potato’s and soggy and wet and we got the combo and best believe we didn’t eat them. Not only that but I ordered a 10pc and 8 pc and when I got there and on the ticket I was given a 8pc and a 6pc and the man looked at me and said well it’s a 6 pc and didn’t do anything about. Do better Wingstop you use to be fire.

Air conditioner wasn’t working we was in there, the place seemed to be a little dull. Took us about 30 minutes to get four orders wings. The wings were delicious, the service wasn’t too bad but the atmosphere is just not what I call a good one
