Our server was great. Our food was not. Beard hair in the fish sandwich as well. The other locations we have been to also seat you and here they don’t, so a sign that says to “seat yourself” would be awesome. Or maybe they have one and just chose not to put it out while we were there lol.

I’ve been really disappointed with this location. Every time I’ve ordered, whether in person or over the phone, I’ve been told that I can only get all flats in a 5 wing order, and that they will only allow one 5 piece order of all flats per transaction. That means if both my partner and I want all flats, only one of us can order them, which doesn’t make much sense.
I’ve never experienced this issue at the Jeffersonville location. They have never mentioned any kind of limit on ordering all flats.
On my last visit, I also noticed they’re charging an additional $0.50 for drumsticks, which was frustrating to see. Overall, the policies at this location feel unnecessarily restrictive compared to the Jeffersonville location.

Food is good. Service is not at all good they have one male waiting table who doesn’t write down your order and screws it up and it takes forever for him to return to correct his mistake by that time your lunch hour is over.

This place is always on par, delicious each and every time. Today was a special day as we Dee for a server and I will tell you this man delivered! From the moment we sat down to the moment sorry we left this man treated us as if he has known as all of our lives like family. This was truly the best experience that we have ever had at any restaurant hands-down. The entire time he was making jokes and checking on us. He was extremely happy and it truly shows how much he cares about his job. If you ever get the chance to have him as a server, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Unless you are a regular, dont sit at the bar. Was even told by management I should have sat at a table. Customers are rude. Will talk over your food. Spitting in your food and drink. I will not be back.
