Terrible service. Attempted to place an order over the phone. Employee taking the order was extremely rude to the point someone sitting next to me could hear her being rude to me over the phone. Told me she couldn’t take my order over the phone and I explained the online ordering was stating unavailable. She told me she just wasn’t going to take my order. So I took my service else where. Will never give this business my service again if they treat their customers this way.

Horrendous service. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:00, so I arrived at 4:55. Several others were waiting for food also, there were no bagged orders on the queue, and there were no workers in the front to greet/check anyone in who had ordered. I sat and waited like everyone else. They were calling some names, but not all. Like I said, no one was there to ask me my name or my order upon arrival. There was even a couple next to me who waited over 30 minutes for their order to be wrong. I waited in there for 20 minutes until I finally went up and said “Hey, my order is we supposed to be ready at 5:00 and no one was at the front to check me in” to which they hand me my bag that had been sitting in the back for the whole time. Employees were rude, unconcerned with the multiple unhappy customers waiting excessively for their orders, and one employee was even on her phone having a casual and personal conversation instead of tending to anyone. Victoria and Raymond Victoria was very sweet and smiling when we came in…they had a big group of construction workers in just before us so we eagerly waited for our food! We were so hungry and let me tell you, it was worth every second we waited because the food was 100% perfection. Both the wings and the fries. I have had wings many times in my 40 years but I have never had any as good as today! And I never eat my fries but they were so perfect I actually really enjoyed them. The wings were huge, perfectly seasoned and sauced. I mean just excellent food and service! What a meal!!

That was my 2nd time dining in at Wing Stop. It generally takes at least 20 minutes to get the food but always worth the wait. Wings are always cooked to perfection and I love the selection of flavors. The new chicken Sandwich stands tall in the wide world of chicken sandwiches, I loved it with the Cajun sauce.

not gonna lie, this place is average. I never had wingstop before this. I ordered takeout and the fries where a soggy, the wings where alright, and they forgot my ranch. Kinda sucks cause i ordered 2 cups of ranch. 3/5 because the sauce and seasoning was good.

As much as I enjoy wingstop, it’s unfortunate that this location has terrible service. Only received half of what we ordered and she (the manager on duty) called me a liar and refused to fix it, despite having proof that the order was incomplete. Even said it was fine if I left a bad review. Like I said, unfortunate.
