I found 2 to 3 hairs in pizza and it looks so nasty and then I called them they said we are sorry we can’t do anything this is very ridiculous. I called dominoes 12 times but they didn’t answer only once they answered the call and told me that we don’t have a time . So I called manager and assistant manager also but they are not trying to listen us . This experience happened with me one time only but next time I won’t need them bcoz they have lot of attitude and I don’t know how they treat people. For me it’s very rude and ridiculous employees. Manager job is to help and solve customers problems so I don’t understand how can they treat very bad like that that’s very bad

I ordered several large pizzas and gave Domino’s our business. The food was delicious and exactly what I ordered. The young woman who took my order insisted that she was the only one working and my order may not be ready when it was time to pick it up. She said she had trucks coming and reiterated she was the only one working. I told her I was under a tight schedule and needed the pizzas ready. She said fine I will come in at 9 just to make your pizzas!
When we picked up the order she had quite the attitude. She said I said they wouldn’t be ready!! They are in the oven! She started to toss things around and hrumphed under her breath. By the way, she wasn’t the only working that day like she said she was going to be.
Like I said the pizzas were good but with the attitude, I am afraid we will not be doing business with the Rawlins, WY Domino’s again. Lost a customer.

After a long day of travel, we ordered pizza & chicken from Dominos, Rawlins, WY. We waited an hour and a few mins for our order to be delivered. None of the food was even remotely warm. I called to make this location aware of the issue and was told the food was hot when it left the store. Tracking the order online as I did tells a very different story. Their quality control time process took over 30 mins alone. This location is a whopping 4 minute drive from our hotel!!

I stopped at Domino’s around 1am during a road trip. The service was nice and the food was actually really good. I got some bread and a sandwich, both were fresh and tasty. No complaints. Solid late-night stop.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the manager on duty last Saturday night for being so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind! She was a total trooper, handling our order with such grace and a great attitude. The food was absolutely delicious, but the customer service was even better! We truly appreciated her exceptional service and the positive energy she brought to the experience.
