Worst location ever. I paid for $50+ for food and my order took an hour and 20 minutes. The poor younger kids in the front have to deal with angry customers since the manager and kitchen staff take their time getting orders out and are horsing around. I was told many times they were just waiting on my fries though when I got my order it wasn’t even hot. I contacted Wingstop about my experience and requested a call back from a manager and received a $5 gift card in the mail. I will never come back.

I hate this place so much. I’ve been there twice and they NEVER get the order right. I always end up with something missing, and they never make up for it. Chicken is cold, fries are missing, no refunds are given, and the places are always sticky and smell strange, and I don’t see anyone wearing gloves or washing their hands. All of the food that I ordered just wasn’t good. The chicken sandwich was bland and the wings had hair on them. I have spent the night on the toilet and throwing up because of their food. The service was horrible too as well. I waited 30 minutes for 5 food items. Normally that would be ok, IF THEY WERENT MAKING ONLINE ORDERS.
