This was my first experience at a wingstop and it was amazing. I don’t live around anywhere with a wingstop and decided to try it today while I was in town. I ordered a 15 piece meal for 2 including 3 flavors (5 lemon pepper, 5 Louisiana rub, 5 mango habanero) the food came perfect and was delicious. The service was even better, the meal came with 2 20oz drinks but since it was just for me I opted for a single 32oz the worker noticed I had my s/o in the car and gave me another 32oz drink free of charge along with a brownie free of charge as well. I was told the food would take 7-14 mins to come out but it came within 5, I was very impressed. Needless to say I will be coming back next time I am in town and I was very impressed by the worker doing the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience.

I stopped in here tonight to pick up an order to go and had a great experience. At 7pm the place was hopping but everyone was working hard to get the orders out in a timely manner. All three employees I spoke with had smiles on their faces and were very friendly and helpful. A woman spilled her cup of ranch onto the floor and an employee who was on break jumped right up to get it cleaned up. The food was decent but I wish there was a sweet bbq sauce in addition to the hickory one. The ranch was really good.

Picked up the order and they forgot, so we had to return to the store to get them and when I asked if they could add an extra ranch for the inconvenience the guy rudely said no and they would have to charge for it. They messed up the ordered and we had to return to the store and they couldn’t throw in an extra ranch?! The employee was rude to begin with. We picked up food around 6p on 1/10/26, I hope management will fix their employees attitudes and how ridiculous it was to not even give us side of ranch for their mess up. We didn’t ask for a refund or anything, just an extra side of ranch.

This location is by far the worst. I went in there today and we didn’t even get created. We stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone came up and then when he finally came to the register he just stood there. I should of known then not to even order.
While waiting for them to give me one of my drinks we were shorted I witnessed one of the guys working there grab raw chicken the walk over to the counter and grab me a cup. I asked for my chicken well done and when we got our food the chicken was still slimy and had no seasoning. We didn’t even the chicken. It was by far the worst. There was 3-4 guys in the kitchen and they all were cussing like there was nobody else. Very uncomfortable and beyond unsanitary. I don’t even want to give it a one star rating

This is the worst wingstop i ever try i order the food outside in my car when i pu the food was cool and i orderer like 15 min ago? The wings was soo smaller the fryes no seasoned and coolest like my ex and if you eat there good luck is a complete disaster im a wingstop customer around the country

My family was excited to get a Wingstop close to home & not have to drive far to our usual location. Never coming here again! Imagine our surprise when we get home and open our boxes to see our wings were tiny, smaller or about the size of a nickel. We paid $12.49 for an 8pc and $10.49 for a 6pc (not including tax) for pieces you can’t even consider wings!! Never had an experience like this at other Wingstops. Not to mention they were undercooked, tough, and still frozen! Wish we could get our money back!

The smell was so strong like he was hotboxing in his car. He didn’t even try to hide it. Huge concern that this guy was handling food. All the customers just stared. Never again. Messed up my order. Messed up the guy’s order before mine also. Must be hard to read the ticket tapped to the bag. Dry wings. Place was filthy. Had to drive back to get what they forgot. Overpriced. Not worth it.

Unfortunately this location is not up to par. We ordered online and it said ready in 20 minutes. When we showed up we were told there were 10 tickets ahead of us and it took almost 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready to get our food. When we did get it they gave us a small fry instead of the large that we ordered. I don’t know if they have a staffing issue or training issue or both but I’d recommend driving a little further to go to a different location.

I arrived at this location at 8:45pm for a call in order. My food was ready by the time I got there. When i got home, i opened the bag and my veggies were missing. Ok, that’s fine. We start eating the fries and a lot of them weren’t cooked all the way through. While eating the wings I ran into a wing that had literal feathers on it. Wouldn’t recommend.
