When you walk in and the manager is literally yelling and cussing out the employees you know you’re in for a show. And the bad part is, after seeing the way they were acting and messing up my order not once, not twice, but 4 times….I dont blame him. This place is a joke and its one of the few restaurants that seriously needs to consider closing.

I placed a large order online for a future pickup to ensure they had plenty of time to prepare it. Rather, they made it immediately and let it sit on the shelf for 2 hours. They said I could pick up my order but they refused to remake it because it was such a large order (even though they failed to read instructions). I had to quickly figure out other options for my party and was out $150 in food. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get someone at corporate to take my call or even reach out to the franchise owners but no one has called. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Extremely disgusted with a lack of customer service or food handling safety.

I visited the location on church rd in liberty mo tonight. It was the WORST experience ever. I placed my order of 2x 24 bone in meal deals. I spent over $100 to be treated like garbage. The 4 workers were very rude, disrespectful and downright not friendly. They made it a point to say it very loud that door dash orders would be made before online orders and dine-in orders. After I arrived two more customers came in and one sat at the table, counted his money and change. He asked for 4 tenders and the cashier was rude and said 9.89 for 4, but for 2 only came to 2.79. I of course made a point to make an online order for “tony”. The man needed to eat. I hope your staff starts to get it together and no stand around, talk loud and bad about your customers. Let’s talk about the food now. Instead of boxing up fries in a Togo container I got the fry holder you would get in store. Let’s talk about COLD fries. YUCK!!! The wings were alright, not made with love. Liberty location, let’s get it together.

Waited 30 min for the food while one guy pumps out online orders while other people on the line doordash ice cream when there is a stack of tickets and a lobby full of people waiting for there food, Wings are sub par sauced aswell. 0/10 wouldn’t feed this to my dog

I’ve eaten here a couple times. Every time was amazing great wings and the fires are always good! I always say this place is worth the money. A lot of the comments I’m sure is when they first opened. Try it! The hickory BBQ is amazing Korean BBQ is great as well.

I had my first experience at this Wingstop location, and I have to say, I’m genuinely confused by all the negative reviews I’ve seen. My visit was excellent from start to finish. Yes, there was a bit of a wait for the food, but it was completely worth it. The wings were piping hot and incredibly fresh, which tells me they’re not letting anything sit around under a heat lamp. They’re making it to order, and that’s exactly what I’m looking for when I go out for wings. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the wait even less of an issue. It was nice to see that they had a few tables for dining in. While the prices might be a little higher than some other places, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I’ve had wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, and I can confidently say that Wingstop’s sauces and chicken are on a completely different level. I tried the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan, and both were far superior to anything I’ve tasted at Buffalo Wild Wings. The flavors were bold and well-balanced. It’s great to have a new go-to wing spot in the area. I’ll definitely be returning, and it’s a huge bonus that they are open late.

I placed a online takeout order on Saturday night for 2 traditional wing meals. I was missing a basket of fries and the wings were undercooked and raw. The meal was trash. The one basket of fries were cold. I only live about 10 minutes from home. When I got my drink cups I had to wait for them to fill ice. This was after they argued on whos job it was to fill the machine. I demanded a refund after getting home and biting into one wing as I had to go somewhere else for dinner. Its was the worst experience ever and I will not return.

Ordered for delivery, was called by my driver to inform me that the store had simply given my food to someone else, I asked them to remake my order and five minutes after the phone call ended they simply cancelled the order under the pretense that they were “out of something.” Mind numbingly bad service.

Service was fine and all, but when I specified on my order extra crispy on my fries and all I get is soggy (undercooked) ones, I’m not exactly happy. The chicken was fine and sauced correctly, but they miscounted and I only ended up with 19 boneless wings when I ordered 20.
